I'd be more comfortable with reviews if there wasn't a requirement for a detailed, blow-by-blow account of our encounter with a provider. I find that I search for providers using the profile information and appearance/performance ratings and rarely read anything of the detailed review. The detailed description just doesn't help, and I think we must always assume there is some amount of YMMV.
Given the competition for numbers and the politics of reviews among providers, it seems writing reviews can bite the reviewer in the ass. Damn shame. Discouraging reviews with that type of behavior simply pressures clients into writing only the most positive and most negative of reviews.. and further skews the ratings. 100% reviews would be better for all, in terms of being truly representative of who both the provider and reviewer really is. Without reviews, wouldn't every provider and client find themselves back on BP in a sense? Just MHO.So I see this nice lady and have a very nice time. She asks if I would do her the favor of a review and I say “sure!”. Within 48 hours she texts me asking again if I could submit a review. Without any further delay I write and submit a favorable and honest review. The review posts in less than 24 hours. By time 24 hours had passed she called me asking why I answered a question on her profile as I did and to change it. I informed her that although a complete provider profile is filled out with each review submitted her current profile remains unchanged except for possible URL and “contact” updates. I also tell her that a petition could be filed by a reviewer to have the erroneous profile information hopefully changed. She calls again ten minutes later asking me too have my review removed. I ask her why and she replies “then the item on her profile would be fixed if my review was removed” and that “my review has only made things worse for her”.
I pressed “Ignore” on her third call to my cell phone
So she asks you to Review her. Then you answered a Question on her Review Profile she didn't like. Then she asks you to remove your Review? Typical Women. Even Providers can't make up their Minds just like Civie Women. LOL!!!!!
then you get harassed like the OP.
OMG I have never asked for a review in my whole time of working people just did ones without me knowing, anyone who showed up and said "Your reviews" blah blah got thrown out. I said to them that is like coming into my flat and demanding I perform like a circus monkey. Those guys had that experience and wrote it without my knowledge, every experience is different, different personalities, so your experience is not going to be the same as the chemistry between myself and another. So coming in and saying things like that is a no go as is asking a guy to write one.

It's not that hard. I have to change things on mine all the time as my hair color/length changes frequently, services change sometimes based on what I am able to provide at the time, etc. They have never said no thus far.
I have had to have two fake reviews removed, however. One did have a 7, but he said I did anal and I do not. I had a client come and continually insist I do anal. After I said no, he proceeded to stick his finger up my butt. WTF? He kept arguing my review said I did anal. I said, "well, it was fake. Get your finger out of my ass.) It hurts like a bitch. It took a while to get that one off, but I explained the situation and they did. The other one was a 9/10, but still... it was fake and who knows if the guy is a creeper.

I’ve been reviewing for a decade now. Being solicited by a provider for a review is nothing new, nor IMO is it a sign of individual turpitude in a culture as steeped in consumerism/commercialism as ours. But it seems of late far too many providers are passive-aggressively manipulating for full editorial power over the reviews, and their related intrusions on the lives of the hobbyists kind enough to write them a favorable review is the epitome of ingratitude and un-professionalism

a provider nearly tripled her per-session rate after a *single* review by the right guy. Even some of her grandfathered clients moved up to the new donation. Totally altered her profitability, client base and stature. It remade her.
So it's no wonder some escorts are picky about what you write.
Reviews drive dick. And wallets.
The women get busy, have a ball fucking a lot of strange cock and the paper stacks up.
It's dollars and no cents.
Math.
That simple.
TER took about 9 years to reach 500,000 reviews, then only three more years to reach 750,000, and in two years from that milestone to hit a million. That doesn't translate to few writing reviews. Nope. More and more are writing reviews and growth continues.
Now I agree with everything you said in your post. Review manipulation by the ladies definitely happens and is very annoying, and definitely hurting the integrety of the review system. But your subject line is false and misleading.
