how do i build up my reviews??

Provide a very good service, and I don't see anything wrong with requesting a gentleman to write a review for you after a session is over. Some will and some won't, just don't get upset of some won't.

Good point.. I ask and wait.. It does not effect my service when they return..
I have a good idea why Clientèle Friends don't review me..
But it is all good.. I do like what I do and so do my visitors...

Just ask them to write something nice, if they found you from the site especially...

Most if they are blown away feel compelled, it seems.
