I've read a lot of people on these board talk about cutting 100mg Viagra pills into 4 to get four doses.  Here's my question:  Once you cut the pill it is no longer sealed in the blue protective coating.  Does this cause it to decompose faster since it is exposed to the elements?  Do you have to consume all 4 pieces within a short period of time?

Oxygen, moisture and (ugh! yes) air pollution are your worst enemies here.  I recommend going to a sleazy liquor store in a bad part of town and you should be able to buy a bunch of little ziplock baggies like the crack dealers use....

seal em up in there and you will be good to go.

No, it does not decompose and the pieces stay intact if they are kept in a pill box.

My Dr. told me that the protective coating is not for the elemenets, it is for the pill to disolve in the right place in your body.  By cutting the pill, you are compromising the effects of the pill because it is supposed to be absorbed in the intestine as opposed to the stomach.  I am no Dr., this is just what mine told me.

I have another question regarding the use of Viagra. I am usually wiped out after one round. Will Viagra give me the ability to come back for a second round quicker?

The dosage needed varies from one person to another, as does the effect.  I was splitting the 100 mg pills with the handy splitter device, but the split pills do tend to break apart with time.  I never had any problems using the split pills, but I use the 50 mg pill now.  Just ask your doctor for their sample pack!  As far as time to get ready for round 2, sometimes you stay ready!!
