I like the idea of having the chat room moderated. At least during the scheduled chats.

Perhaps it is time to move the guest chat in to a paid VIP room, like the other city chats. It was embarrasing to see a few total morons come out of the wood work, and use the most abusive, hateful language towards a lady I have ever heard in one of these guest chats.

By and large, most of we clients are decent guys just looking for a little something extra on the side, without the baggage of an affair, or some companionship. But the nonsense that went on tonight, asking this poor lady how many abortions she's had(among various and sundry other questions and insults) was the limit for me.

Get it moved in to a room, where these penniless ignoramuses can't go. Or moderate it, and bounce these freaks before they get started on their tirades. MfSD.

I don't go into the chat rooms, but not from lack of wanting to. Everytime i enter after a few min my computer starts ating like Linda Blair. I did try tonight but the same thing happened again. Anyhow, comments like that are both uncalled for and a plain showing of how ignorant some people can be. Perhaps your suggestion is right, it would weed out most of the assholes that ruin it for the bulk of people.

I agree 100%. I've only been to one scheduled chat (to support a local lady). It was like a "Chinese firedrill!" Everyone was talking amongst themselves. The only comments/questions directed to the featured guest were, "You're very beautiful!" "What's your schedule this week?" and so on. I ended up asking the featured guest a number of questions in an attempt to focus everyone's attention on her. Afterall, isn't that the purpose of a Featured Guest chat?

A moderated chat where the questions are submitted to the moderator and then posed to the featured guest would be much less confusing and much more informative. This would greatly benefit the featured guest and those in the audience. I imagine such a system would require software enhancements/adjustments. The current chat method certainly generates hits for the featured guest's website but very little productive information comes out of it.

It's sad to see how hurtful some people can be.

MfSD, what an excellent idea!!  I was also suprised that someone from TER's Staff was not online for the scheduled chat.  They could have shutdown the problem as soon as it started.  There is absolutely no justification for any gentleman to speak to a lady as that jerk did last night.  As a member of TER, I felt embrassed that this type of thing happened last night.  TER should provide some way for the Chat Host to block someone's conversation when it gets out of hand.

Josi - You are an absolutely beautiful woman.  Don't let that jerk get you down.  You know that we are crazy about you.  It is his lost since he will never know the real Josi.

writing would not appear in the screen of the member who chose to ignore him/her.

It is hard to implement the equivalent of a 6 second delay in live TV/Radio call-in programs.  There are always bad people who wanted to hurt someone.  The other participants in chat room just have to step up and scold those who got out of line.

Normally, I babysit the provider chats.  TER was actually having a server problem at the time and I was busy fixing it.  Kind of pisses me off that as adults some of us still need baby sitting.

busted in the morning continue on to a TER schedule chat that evening.  Isn't that kind of inappropriate for her to do so?

Well according to the news release that someone was kind enough to PM me, Josi was released on her own recognizance, with a date to appear in court later. Many of these busts, depending on the municipality of course, are misdemeanors.

Other ladies have had LE run ins, and been in chat the same or the next day...........MfSD>

Doncha find that a little troubling?

Apparently she was busted at home. Troubling, not particularly, home seems to be where she worked. My question is, has LE taken to entering our public chat lounge, on guest chat nite, and harassing ladies, not to mention a few of we clients?

"Several undercover police operations were used in the investigation," Faden said.

Translation:  "Once all the boys and I got our rocks off, we busted her so we could all expense it as a 'legitimate' investigation", Faden should have said.

When they go with a search warrant, they would immediately confiscate a computer and anything else they could deem evidence.

I doubt they knew she was going to be in chat or even had a chance to sift through her computer.

I'm sorry, but I think it was a jealous provider.  Most hobbyists would never act that way.
