A Persistent Fraud, Bait & Switch Scam - Coming Soon to Your Town AND a sample letter to EROS

The most persistent fraud, bait & switch scam I've seen in many years of hobbying has been underway in DC for over 3 weeks now.
Despite exposure on various boards, the perp has only gotten worse. The photos and scam are on Eros-DC.com in living color.
EROS HAS DONE NOTHING.

It started with Jessica and Paige (not Paige Paradise of course) stock photos, beautiful young blonde lingerie models. After the Paige fraud was exposed, the same cell phone number appeared with another stock photo of another nonexistent provider Jennifer, and today came Kristen.

Today the perp put up yet another pic on Eros of one Kristen, who also looks good enough to lick for starters.
If you right click the pic and click properties you get the URL of the pic, which is eros-dc.com/file-images/dc-jessica85-kristen1-2.jpg.

Jessica is an older artificially blonde-colored Asian woman who is the mastermind of the scheme. There may not even be a second provider, but this is the third new phony photo in as many weeks.
She has surely stolen several thousand dollars from DC gents, just as a mugger on the streets. 3 guys a day runs to nearly $20,000 in 3 weeks.

She has been jumping from one hotel to another also and is currently at the Wyndham City Center 1143 New Hampshire Ave NW, tel 202 775 0800. Maybe some good citizen should set up an appointment, step inside, take a polaroid of this felon, and drop the info by the front desk anonymously, suggesting that a call to the local fraud & vice squads would be appropriate.
The DC Anonymous Tipsters # is 202 393 2222.

She needs an arresting experience and something to keep her from doing this again in another city.

THIS IS A SAMPLE LETTER, WHICH I SENT TO EROS-DC, AND APPROPRIATE AUTHORITIES:

"For some three weeks, Eros-DC has been carrying blonde escort ads starting with one Jessica and Paige 202-412-2701, and continuing with Jennifer at the same number and now a Kristen with yet another cell phone number.

"These ads are all criminally fraudulent.
This is obvious from the 'properties' of them.
Reviews show that an older Asian woman has been running this criminal scam. She is amused at the impotence of Eros-DC to curtail her crimes. She is laughing at you. She pays you a few hundred dollars. She takes in about $20,000 over these three weeks.

"Eros-DC should have a staff person who works on quality control and fraud detection. You do not. That is careless and criminally negligent.
You are on notice now.

"Copies of this information and further details and documents are being fowarded to the DC fraud and vice squads for the area where 'Jessica' is working, and also to the cybercrime unit of the FBI in DC, and the Federal Trade Commission department on deceptive trade practices.

"I have no interest in hearing your defensive BS.
"I happen to be a 25 year experienced federal litigator and your carelessness annoys me.
Fortunately I have time to pass this factual information along to the FBI and to follow up so that EROS will not be so utterly lazy in the future."

"Perhaps you should remove the Jessica, Jennifer, Kristen ads from EROS-DC NOWWW!!!"

First of all, congrats and thanks for exposing this scam and keeping us all up to date on it.  That is exactly what this board is for.  Also, putting pressure on Eros is good too.

However, when you advocate getting hotel management, local LE, and the FBI involved, be verrrry careful.  They may get a *lot* more interested in this whole scene than any of us would care to see.  Think twice before getting them involved in a one-girl scam.

Just my $.02...

You da man.  I applaude you for your efforts.  Unlike WhoDaddy, I do not think that the LE will be all that interested, but it is quite possible that you will run this ROB off of EROSDC.  However, we will have to keep looking out for her, as I am sure that she will resurface under a new name and a new phone in a new city.  As Sherlock said, 'The game is a foot!'

Without any squabble, Eros looked at the evidence and booted the scammer out of town.
That is good for the gents of TER.
Eros did this before any contact had to be made with the feds, gendarmes, and donuts devourers also.

We just need to watch out now for her reappearances in other cities. The phony "Jessica" wannabee is a Miamian, a dyed blonde Asian, and she has access to lots of bikini babe photos for bait.

Getting rid of her was worth the time and effort.

Actually this was all masterminded by Bonobo Schlong in between amazing numbers of 13 second sexual encounters accomplished while swinging through the  branches of large trees in the rainforest, using his indestructible laptop, all the while growling "Sex, not war!"

IMHO the fibbies in this and other cases would simply concentrate on zapping the fraud and ignoring the sex, as they did in the recent extortion case in DC where a provider tried to blackmail a dude. I'm not privy to fibbie thought, but have been in DC >25 years with eyes wide open.

Back to the tree and those everyready wet bonobo hotties! LOL

The most this woman can steal is your time. If she shows up and she's not the same girl, tell her to leave.  Calling all this attention to LE, etc. can only hurt other girls, some of us, true GFE providers must change our psuedonyms for perfectly legitimate reasons. (A lapse in my advertising and a service took my psuedonym in less than THREE days) If you don't do a thorough phone screening upon making your date, and your provider doesn't do the same in return, you haven't done your homework.  Handing someone money that wasn't represented in the picture isn't getting robbed, it's just being not too smart.  Complain to Eros all you like.  If you want LE sniffing around the girls on Eros, Send off all those letters you were threatening. GEEEEEZ.  Sounds more like a job for the IRS anyway. (Think Heidi Fleiss.) When it comes down to it, an attorney is versed in Latin and procedure, and apparently threat. How about some logic??????

those escorts all were exonerated.
The federal judge(s) suggested to the US Attorney that his priorities were dumb, with >300 unsolved homicide files sitting around, so there has been no DC case in almost 15 years, unless:
1/ minors are involved,
2/ drugs or firearms,
3/ organized crime,
4/ or something else extra and big.

Exotics, Eros, etc must have close to 400 escort ads.
Neither the feds nor DC have the resources or interest to dive into that.
There is no real reason to worry when you know the facts and the system, and reason with those in mind.

The Jessica scam easily could have brought in $20K because most guys can be duped out of the money - 'oh, Jessica had to leave suddenly!' If LE had become involved, the last thing they would want to do is look into the large world of Exotics/Eros/etc.
More likely, the hotel would toss them out if they knew the room number.

A gentleman's time is valuable to him as well, very much so.
You may not think so, but what about your own time?
Scams like that can drive men away from the hobby totally.

Now we have a precedent and way to run scammers out of town.
Maybe the next good soldier should go after that group of totally phony Miami alphabet soup agencies - Miami Gold, French Maids, and so on. That's a similar criminal enterprise.

Thanks for the mention that it's NOT me.  When all this came to light, they removed the ad with the other Paige.  You guys can be soooo mean!  I ended up getting the e-mails and the phone calls met for them!  I called the 202-412-2701 to let them know I had many of thier phone and e-mail messages.  They hung up on me!  "Surprise"  My personal belief is that they are using known providers names, so when checking on a review, the real provider's reviews will come up.  Making them seem legit!   This lady needs to be stopped but I think bringing in LE will have some serious reprecussions for many others too.

As soon as I posted this I received a telephone call (private call) claiming to know where I lived and how not to start anything.  "I would be sorry since I started this whole mess!"  They stared it by running scams not me!  I was not even involved until I received all those threats from unhappy participants. Since I have recently moved I am not exactly afraid, he sounded like an uneducated pimp!  I told it to the support here and the other place!  He will be back with more stock pics with new phone numbers and new names.   This is some company folks.  Can you imagine what they do with your info.  Look out!
