I have dsl and a network of macintosh in my studio and tried for a hour to get a image and couldnt. I kept asking for help TER offered no technical help, finally asked if the chat was mac compatible and was told by staff NO, oh well it would of been nice before the chat crashed my computer several times and downloading after being told to, netscape, plus changing configs to get the chat to work. Please Staff post a systems requirement to use the video chat, Alot of anxiety and frustration could have been avoided. plus i didnt get to see ashley and mia....dang you.
