Implants and genital shaving/waxing for women seems to be fading away as most fads do.

Also, some augmented mammoplaties are so well done now, you cannot tell the woman has them. They can go up from the navel or under the armpit and implant under the muscle so you can't see scars or feel a difference or seam. (These are not the 4k implants but 10-20k)

Waxing men however seems to becoming a new fad. Especially waxing their backs and chests. It used to be only professional bicycle racers and swimmers shaved all their body hair, but somehow it has become attractive to "some" women for men to have less and less body hair.
