Our thoughts and prayers go out to her family and all those who mourn her passing.

I never did get around to seeing her, but damn...

Caprice was a friend of mine and I'm deeply upset by her death.  I'm saddened you felt the need to post a link to that article in one of the UK's most gutter newspapers.  It's full of factually inaccuracies. Worst thing of all is that they mention her young daughter by name.

So for those who choose not to read something so horrible here are the facts:

Caprice was murdered earlier this week, apparently by her boyfriend who then jumped off a bridge sustaining minor injuries and is now in police custody.  She leaves a 10 year old daughter.

Carrie. well put. lol&l,BC

Dear God, they sure tried their hardest to portray her as being nearly as much of a throwaway as their paper. I realize it's a sleazerag magazine, but I'll bet that they don't have nearly as undignified and crass BS coverage of deaths of those less worthy of our respect. This exceptional woman brought joy and life into people's lives, and was adored by those who knew her. She should honored and mourned, not villified and degraded by lying, exploitative vultures.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to her family and all those who mourn her passing.

Be sad, my heart,
The rose that graced this earth,
Will no longer bloom upon a morning start,
Yet well, I know, her mirth,
Her soul, will rest a heavenly sleep,
With tender memories, this we keep.

P.S. I there a fund for her daughter?  A parent’s death is a difficult time for a young child. Below is a link that helps children grieve for the loss of a loved one. All my prayers.

It was the only article I saw on it.

For any pain I may have caused by posting that article, I am very sorry.  I should have known better.

I'm sorry that your friend met such a violent end, and from somebody she trusted intimately.

I have hopes that someday deaths of shift mistresses will be taken with the same delicateness as the death of any woman and any mother.  Apparently, some papers haven't learned it, and the need to be crushed by the internet.

I had the pleasure and the honor of meeting Caprice on a London trip in August 2003. I found her to be a warm, delightful and down to earth person, engaging and intelligent. Aside from the obvious physical pleasures she brought me joy that lasted beyond the time we spent together. The world is a poorer place for her passing and it is a great pity that her epitaph is such a trashy article. If I could tell her daughter one thing it would be that her mother brought happiness to people beyond physical interactions and that she touched many lives in a positive way.
Rest in peace, Caprice.

I thought that this article allowed in positive facts about her life whereas American publications just seem to focus on the negative only.

I suggest that the link to the newspaper article be removed.  Those who want the sordid details can easily track it via the net.

I also suggest that her information and reviews be removed from TER.  The Captain69 folks did so promptly.   I have sent a request to the powers that be here at TER.

Considering the relatively CRAPPY review you wrote for her.

Of course, most of your reviews are derogatory. Hard to understand why any woman would agree to see you if she saw your review history.

...a condolence thread is not really the place to discuss reviews. So I wont.

especially coming from Cat.

I think you were my mean 9th grade English teacher; the one that would never give out more than a B+.
