From the way your photos look don't do anything to yourself...most of the women who are enhanced, look ok...but they feel like they are enhanced...natural is much better, even if smaller....
Ladies and Gentlemen,After careful conideration, and resisting going under the knife for many years.I am considering breast augementation. Now the reason I ask is all my regular clients all say no-no It's not a good idea,They like real. But to My experience these are usually the same people when chooseing a person by photo off the web, they almost always pick the ladies who have been surgically altered. So let Me know your thoughts, the 50,000 mile overhaul,or let nature take its course.
Nothing beats real. If ya can't tell, then it's got to be a really good job and...well ya can't tell. But most of them just look phoney. And, I'd guess, looks or not, they mostly feel phoney.
I think gals like what they do for looks while dressed. The guys like the way they look undressed. Who likes the look of two volleyballs glued to a flag poll?
You look just fine as you came right out of the box.
Is best of the best people fly in from all over to see him..
however he will tell you himself ... as I used to worked for him
You can pull them sky high and sink baubles in them to round them out and make them perky but nothing is garunteed and depending on how your body responds even the most perfect job can look not so perfect.
Take a vacation with the $$$ you save. A 1000 guys will hit on you while you are away and you will come back feeling great about how you look now.
I've seen good augmentation jobs in the past, but more often I've seen women with store-bought boobs that look more like softballs bolted to her chest. And most off-the-rack racks aren't as much fun to play with as real ones. Looking at your photos, yours looks like a lovely pair. Don't take the risk of spoiling them, please.
--b,
... there are no pictures of your endowments on your website that put them in plain view in the "unslung" state.
How about it? Want a real evaluation, give us the goods.
and have to agree. Let's see how gravity has affected things.
why not do what you want to do, rather than what your clients want you to do? afterall, clients come and go, but you will have your breasts forever.
There are 3 women that had them done this year 1 was regular the other 2 I was planning on seeing and I won't see any of them now.
When all is said and done at the end of the day, your the only one who's going to be looking in the mirror at yourself.
If you personally are not happy with the way your breasts look and you think you will feel better about yourself by having it done, then by all means do it.
If your going to do it as a business decision, then i think your doing it for the wrong reasons.
In the end, what we think shouldn't matter. Just as long as YOU are happy with yourself, it will show thru in your attitude and every other aspect of your life, making you that much more enjoyable to be with.

Best to leave them alone. Like they say you don't need more than a mouth full. Don't worry about folks choosing other folks because of breast enhancement. That might be your interperation, but that is not what clients choose a provider. There are other reasons why they might choose another provider. You look pretty nice and you should not ever have to worry about getting new cliental and keeping the existing ones.
Think about this way, all natural can be a marketing term that you can put on your ad and your website to enhance business.
Isn't it funny how everyone says "keep them natural" or "real is the best", yet most guys drool over beauties like Carmen Electra or Pamela Anderson ??
Look, I'm a breast man, so I like 'em big no matter what. There's good things and bad things about real vs fake. If I had a gun to my head, yeah, I guess i'd pick natural. But there's nothing wrong with a little improvement.
And one final note: More than a handful is not a waste, just use the other hand !!
You're wanting to get an augmentation done ... why? First of all, the D cups you have is plenty for anybody and yours still look great. You say your regulars are against it, and that you yourself have resisted going under the knife for years. You go on to say that these regulars "usually" and "almost always" chose ladies who have had boob jobs. Yet, they're your regulars and they're against it!? I'm confused.
Are you wanting this done for them, or for yourself? I'd think a D cup would be enough strain and pain on ones back, let alone going bigger. Or are you talking about more of a lift? Putting them back where they were a couple of years ago? You say "let nature take its course." This is what's leading me to believe you're talking more of a lift than going bigger. I'd certainly not go bigger, but that's my preference.
Bottom line here is, it's your body, your money, etc. You'll have to be the one to go under the knife, go through the pain and recovery and all that ... and for what? If your self esteem is low, go buy yourself a dress and get a massage/spa treatment. You are well known, reviewed and liked. The fact that you have regulars at all should be a clue letting you know that what you're doing is already working. And these clients too are advising against you having surgery. (Hello! Clue phone's ringing, it's for you.)
If you think you'll feel better, look better and all that with bigger boobs, or with a lift, then only you can make that decision. If a lift would really help that much with your self confidence, and you have the $$$, then knock yourself out.
Either way you have to do it for yourself. Not your friends, family, clients or anyone else. You and you alone. Your post could be read that you're seeking your regulars' approval. And in your text you already have your answer. "All my regular clients all say no."
It's a tough decision to make for anyone wanting any type of voluntary surgery. Whether it be this, a face lift, liposuction, or the gastric bypass I'm going to have. The thing you have to do is make sure you're going to do this for the right reasons. And for pete's sake do your homework and find a well qualified, trusted and known surgeon. We've all seen the shows of cosmetic surgeries gone bad.
I wish you the best whatever your decision may be. Again, I think you look just great the way you are. And from all I've seen and read about you the last few months, you are a beautiful person inside as well. "Letting nature take its course" has worked pretty well for you thus far. So if it ain't broke, why fix it?

Hi Jim, Well there are many reasons I ask,I suppose it begins with many years of working in line ups at shops with other women and it would never fail that in a blind line up that the Ladies with the jobs were always without fail picked over the Ladies without. Now on a more realistic note,My daughter has the exact same problem as Me She went from a 38d down to a 38 b from an auto accident and weight loss,In december she is getting hers done. Now Hers is a self esteme issue due to the severity of the accident and the other face surguries she will be undergoing. Now on My end,I have never been what would be considered perky,But I had been thinking about it since We have been doing the research. After My last child I will admit those 2 weeks of post partum swelling I dont think I have ever seen them look so good, and thats exactly what I would like. But I am not crazy about the down sides of implants. After My daughter has her surgury I will make up My mind.
Everyone also told me not to do it..then after they were done they all said "wow" do it if you want to..I asked everyone..when no ones opinion really mattered but mine..I LOVE my new breasts..love them I would give up everything to keep them..they mean that much to me..I love my body..I did not when they were a small B..its really what you want..I always wanted them..but if your looking for something to fix because your not happy with yourself..you wont get the result you want..I had a great Dr.. they cost alot more than most people spend but its only been 6 months and I have no scars..not even a trace.. she inserted then through the nipple very few doctors do it this way..dont skimp on your body..no bargains here.. its not like shopping for a car..go to the best..infections are a very serious thing ..they all down play it..but if you get one..they have to take one implant out for it to clear up..my doctor has never had anyone with an infection..never..ask them what percentage of infectons they had had..its a big deal..do your homework..if you decide yes... good luck.... and on my site i cover my nipples because the pictures were taken two weeks after..two weeks and they already looked great..please do your homework
no. You've got plenty of boob, hon. My only recummendation, and I mean this with all respect, hon, is perhaps some firming up is all that would be required for what us "guys" would call "an awesome rack!" ![]()
Don't ever change, what God has given you!!!
There are times when I want a breast reduction (you are talking natural triple D's here), but when I look at the whole picture, small breasts would not look good on my bodysize. Also, I have brought this issue up with my clientle and they've all threatened to walk, if I did such a thing LOL As for you, you appear to be petite build (correct me if I am wrong, for I am just looking at the picture), which is a great thing to be! Your breast size actually looks good with your body!!
Now, I've been to stripper joints where I've seen the petite ladies/tall ladies with an athletic build with the oversized breasts, and I need to be honest and say, they look horrible!!! The last time I went to a stripper club, I felt so bad for the girl when she leaned over, that I wanted to run up onstage and pull her back up (no lie). Lets also look at this, what if you retire someday? Do you still want to look "fake" upstairs? Trust me, no matter how good a surgeon is, they end up still looking fake, and alot of people can tell the difference between a real one and a fake one. Real breasts do tend to sag a bit (the bigger you get up above), because of the gravity. I say be yourself, for men will always love you for who you are. But, the most important thing is for you to love yourself more! Once you start loving yourself, then you will not feel the need to change, who you are as a person, inside or out!

Thanks..I think..first I am not petite..I am almost 6ft tall.. yes I am a size 2 ..but very hard body..if i retire I will probably go bigger..just teasing.. I did not get them for "work" i got them for me..work allowed me to purchase them along with both college degree's and my house..everyone is entitled to there opinion.. some people think they are real..I say " are you nuts" but they have been that naive..I love them LOVE them...and I am sorry you feel that way..but I tend to think if they were in front of you you would think differently..it may be me...but I have always like the look of "fake breasts " over natural..they dont sag...not so squishy..but I am not about to start a debate about breats... but I know that most gentleman clubs have actually turned away girls with real breats all day long..my friend is a manager..and he says they only take either really small breasts or girls with implants..customers prefer it... and typically girls with the kinds I mentioned (small, implants) are usually in better shape more toned..hard bodies..I think you have to do whatever feels right..and since you dont actually own breats you would not trully understand....

Hi,
You look fine to me and I like natural. I also liked your pictures and the fact you're not bashful. ÜÜÜ
Regards,
LittleFoot
I would also vote no, you look just fine the way you are
MI@M
Look, if you ask most guys what they like they will almost always say that they like real better. In a few cases this is true, however, that is the exception. Most of the time guys only say they like real better because that is the PC, "see I'm not a total perv" answer. The truth is that unless you have fabulous 21 year old breasts (or ones that could pass for that), a good set of store boughts is going to get you much more appreciation. Period.
I agree with You here shafty, is it the "pc" answer or not.Like I had stated in my earlier post I was going from experience from working in line ups and under the pressure of a blind pick that seems to be the norm.
Given the choice of "natural" over "augmented," I'll take natural any day...I don't care about the size.
Do those rings hurt?
And do they ever get caught in anything?
From the way your photos look don't do anything to yourself...most of the women who are enhanced, look ok...but they feel like they are enhanced...natural is much better, even if smaller....
When I look for lady companionship I search TER reviews and I always choose “no” on the breast implant filter which should serve as a clue for you on getting more business with implant. If you like long, all night’s, very intense, love making, these implant will be in your way. Better spend your money on a good therapist and understand why a beautiful woman like yourself has self-esteem issues at all. Whatever you choose I wish you a prosperous, joyful and fulfilling life.
You are seeking to get them snipped correct?
I think everyone that read this was thinking you were doing implants.
Having a reduction is harder than implants think long and hard about it Di.
You will be out of comish for 4-6 while you heal.
In reduction a key like incision is cut into your breast. Your nipples are literaly snipped off and you are reduced. The process to do that is graphic and painful. Your breast tissue is cut off your inner membranes. Then you are stitched together again. Only smaller. the wounds around your nipples and the one that runs underneath are much bigger than implants they never go away .
You are 10 times more li kely to recieve post surgical infection than an implant and the surgery takes about 6-8 hours
A breast lift or a breast reduction are much more involved procedures than an augmentation.

Laurel,
Your coment about augmentation comes from a lady whose lovely, soft boobs are a delight to fondle and absolutely need no further augmentation.
Hi Morgan, I'm very aware of what invloved in a lift, and no I would never consider that, just implants.I've only considered implants due to the fact that after My son 2 years ago with the post partum swelling I had after thats the size I would like to get back to.But a radical lift,no way.
I wouldn't go bigger, but if it makes you feel better then do it. I'm not into the huge obvious bolt-ons with nips pointed to the sky, but I think restrained enhancement is a great thing.
Having said that, your pics look fine. I've seen girls who use some sort of enhancement cream on various parts of the body, and it makes for an amazing rack and a fine ass. I don't know how it works, but I like it!
"these are usually the same people when chooseing a person by photo off the web, they almost always pick the ladies who have been surgically altered"
Every time this thread comes up, this same thing is said in defense of enhancement. Honestly, and I'm not trying to be smug here, I'm not buyin' it. It's not a 50/50 or 60/40 split... The preference for au naturale is SOOOO overwhelming that I doubt this claim is true.
Some guys are menu shoppers, they only go where services they want are offered. It may be the provider they chose had implants by coincidence. Some are review shoppers, they only go where the atmosphere or intensity will be to their liking. It may be the provider they chose had implants too. But all other issues equal, I've never once heard a guy say "I'm gonna see Jane vs. Mary because she has bigger boobs." Not once have I ever heard this, or even heard it implied. To the contrary, I have heard guys say "I'm gonna see Mary vs. Jane because I prefer natural" on several ocassions.
Don't get me wrong, we're superficial as hell, but we deserve a little more credit than just being monster-jug-seeking robots! There's much more to the decision making process.
;^)
To many of us, this became a quoted fact of life, because the men were quoting it.
Before these boards. Trust me, I had 30 calls one day...all wanted large breasts. I was a "paltry" natural c cup. I sat down and cried and cried. Then I went to the doctor to get my D. Simple.
Now that the men seem to have had their fill of enhanced breasts, the fashion police are dictating natural. I have a hunch that now that my pubis is lasered (to eliminate the need to shave), that the BUSH will become the demanded fashion.
Fashion goes in and out. So I don't let this bother me anymore. I have my own following anyway. And I am happy now with what I have, and I won't go back.
I also will add that my enhancements are wonderfully soft and always have been.
My god woman, look in the mirror. You are fantastic. don't tamper with the beauties you have
I am not fond of fake boobs myself.
Keep the real deal!!!!
Shaye
Unless they are a mess leave them alone, bigger is not always better, I prefer small and natural to large and fake, even if there is a little sag to real ones.
