Go to Cahokia (sp?).  I've met a few providers at the strip clubs there.  It's been a few years, but I think the two main ones are PJ's and Diamonds.  There is another town nearby I don't remember the name (maybe its "london"), but it has some pretty wild sex clubs.

I'm originally from St. Louis living in San Diego. One other strip club that has the infamous "shower show" is Roxy's located in Brooklyn, IL. (adjacent to Cahokia where the other clubs were listed in the posting above. Outside Roxy's are some "massage" parlors that offer f/s. But I agree, we need a regional board on this site for St.L. Also, go into the "search providers" and type in the following area codes: 314, 636, and 618. I've been able to pull up two or three providers with reviews.
