I am always attentive, supportive and professional and never allow any of my prurient thoughts to escape, she is sitting there upset about something in the practice and I am totally involved in her problem but the are brief flashes of you know what which I keep locked in my brain.  
Frankly I have had these thoughts literally since I can remember, but they exploded after the first time I ever had real live sex with a real live "older woman"  I was 13 she was 16. and from that moment on intrusive sexual thoughts (some long some just lightening like flashes) made a permanent home in my brain where they live to this very day in my mid 70s.
