Holy Jesus, the Mexican [Hey Zeus!], and Ghost without a Schlong, the recent reviews of Baby Joi in Temecula are a tribute to imagination in the fornificatory arts.
You never find girls like that in Fairfax County, VA.

It's also interesting to note that neither of the reviewers has another review posted of anyone. Perhaps that tells us something here.

We just went through en exercise like this on the NY Board, where there was only 1 review for each of a number of girls from 1 agency, and the reviewer was the same guy.  Here it's a bit different.  But what's interesting is that the writing styles of the 2 reviewers is very similar, only the scene was different.

If you guys see this, submit a problem report!  That is how we can fix it.

No real problem - just wondering if these two reports are eligible for a Pulitzer in the "fictional" category.

Unfortunately "writing styles" are somewhat subjective and don't prove a whole lot so it's not absolutely clear there's a problem. Do reviews get IP address trails associated with them behind the scenes? If so it'd be easy to tell if they're both from the same source.

By raising a question here I was hoping someone with a history could speak up to clear the doubt.

yes, the cgi used to record reviews should show the user characteristics, including ip address. there are "dynamic" ip's assigned to users at random, which can't be used to identify the user -- but usually there is other information available, such as the cookie, to fill in the uncertainty.

other than the obvious clues, there isn't a reliable way to determine the authenticity of a review based on a textual analysis alone.

recall the contrast between my review of fiona of san francisco and the review by bluethrills. to my eye, his reads like a marketing tout. *is* it a marketing tout? i can't prove it is. that's my point: if *you* can't prove it is, either, then the whole discussion is pointless.

and for every bogus review that smells fishy, there must be a dozen that smell fresh, read real, and were simply made up by a master bullshitter.

we are trying to decide truth and falsehood between two groups of people: ladies who can fake an orgasm, and men who can lie to their wives. see a problem?

I posted this reply in response to the other thread.  I just wanted to add that Pat has seen me in the L.A. chatroom!

I understand your concerns.  I know I'm real.  The regulars in the L.A. chatroom can verify this.  I'll have to work on my lack of reviews.  Until then, officially, everything on this site is fictional.  Believe what you will.  I'll just say that I'm sincere.

that 50% of us on TER are single.

Apparently, he is in the 50% that lies to his wife and projects his apparent guilt or disdain for his own actions onto the rest of us because this is the third time (at least that I can recall) he's made mention of it in his posts.

So rarely, when these discussions arise, does the reviewer chime in to correct the misunderstanding.

Staff can see the ip address associated with every user id, but they don't get cross-checked, unless there's a problem report.

nothing like a liar in denial.

guaranteed: 95% or more of the posters on this board do one or more of ...

* lie to their wives, if married
* lie to their girlfriends, if single
* lie to their boss, scheduling secretary or colleagues, if employed
* lie to their family about "hobbying"
* lie to their friends about "hobbying"
* pad an expense report to cover minx charges
* use special financing systems, such as a cookie jar or separate credit card, to pay for minx charges outside the normal household cash flow and bank accounts
* lie to the minx -- about diseases, sexual exposure, personal data, financials, job status
* lie to themselves -- for starters, "i think i'm in love"

i emphasize the point that players are liars because, well, the minx is in a job where she deals with liars day in, day out. and because you live in a delusion if you won't accept that the two people in the motel room are in exactly the same existential situation: both deceptive, both in need (sex, money, power, being naughty), and both using each other to fulfill their need. quid pro quo, baby.

Minx?  Who is delusional?

You sound like one of these guys that spends the summer running around dressed up at the Renaissance Faire.
