Is it just me, or did the Provider Ads discussion board disappear? I'm guessing this is so TER can avoid being accused of pandering like TBD? If so, good call.

Don't panic guys, I just wanted to have that part checked by our attorneys just to be safe.  Remember, my priority is to protect TER and its members.  We have always and will continue to stay within the law.

....I think it's a wise decision on the part of STAFF to have the issue checked out.  Hopefully the green light will be given to put that board back up---I've found a couple of gems there in the past.
