I've tried accessing the chat rooms, but have no success.  I hit the link button, but the screen blinks and I remain on the same page.  Any suggestions?  I e-mailed TER support, but haven't received any answer from them yet.  Thanks in advance.

could be that you have a pop-up blocker keeoing the chat window from opening.

Check the settings and allow pop-ups from TER.
