Most of them probably aren't worth the read. Who wants to hear about how many clients she did what with. I read the book by Tracey Kwan I think her names was and it was just like that. Light entertainment. I took the time to check out the reviews on Amazon as I too got an email, but my curiosity got the better of me. So I thought I would TOFTT and I ordered one 2 days ago. Hey you can't bitch about her advertising techniques, while annoying to say the least it got me to check it out. Hey just delete it..how hard is that?

I just finished reading a book I found at this website. It's a memoir from an escort...I know not where she's from, she doesn't say. TER is mentioned several times, and the book includes reviews from some of us. The kicker is that she's a lesbian. Wow. It's called "The Call Girl Actress, Confessions of a Lesbian Escort" by Erica Black. Quite the read, but she does go after we hobbyists pretty hard. Read it and then let me know your thoughts.

She has a mastery of what is sexy, yet doesn't have to worry about becoming emotionally involved, thus keeping her objectivity.

More power to them.

Not the first book to go after the hand that fed them, but what else is new?

After years of having sex she couldn't enjoy with any guy.  It had to have been dismal for her.

Yes, I'd say she was an actress.  That is if it isn't a complete fraud. I'm not at all certain this book is real.

OH Yeah...great reading for a Sunday in the lounger while the wife and kids gather round.

Maybe she just resented having private sex and having all the details blabbed for all the world to read by anonymous reveiwers.

I'm certain providers would rather not have that pressure.  As a lesbian, she couldn't take any pleasure in the sex-- not once.  You talk about someone stuck in a dull job.

I can see, from the provider's POV, that reviews have to suck.  Even if they're stellar, what they do in bed becomes (masterbatory) fodder for every guy to read.  However, think of all the actresses who have bedroom scenes in movies.  I have to think that, in their minds, they're not Angelina Jolie fucking George Clooney but that they're 'Stella', the waitress, fucking 'Arnold', the businessman.  Are providers any different?  Aren't they 'Destiny' fucking some client rather than 'Donna' fucking some anonymous, old stranger?

what does LMAO mean

they act, we act, everybody acts to some extent in any and all of undertakings in this life.  She was an independent businesswoman who made a decision to try a new business,... nothing more, nothing less.  In light of the fact that the hobby has been around since the beginning of time you might question her decision to be a writer, they are a dime a dozen.

Looks interesting.  Just ordered from Amazon...thanks for the heads up.

I have had several unsolicited emails from this woman trying to sell her book.  I have been in the business a long time and have plenty of my own stories, and I am a published author, but I would NEVER write a book about it.  The provider/hobbiest relationship is and should be sacred.  I find her advertising/publicity techniques are unethical and desperate.
