I can understand implants after something like a mastectomy, but I've never really been able to understand why they're done only for purely cosmetic reasons. The cost, the fact that they've gotta be replaced, the dispute about possible health effects, the possible reduced (or lost) sensitivity.  From what I've read, it enhances some women's self-esteem.

I prefer them natural. I don't care about the size or if they sag. They just feel better.

An acquaintance once told me buttock implants are popular in Brazil (I've never checked to determine the veracity).  Go figure.

I have yet to find a breast that I did not like. I can see the problem with a too un-natural breast, especially if it becomes freakish.

I mostly want to know which one is more sensitive and if there is a particular technique you like.

Based on your pictures, your figure is one that I find aestetically perfect. In fact I think someone asked what I find sexy in a previous posting.  Well that cute behind framed in those black panties should be written in my dictionary as the definition of sexy.

Over the years I have had two SOs who have had breast augmentation. The great thing about implants is that the woman looks great in EVERYTHING!. The draw back as you have mentioned is sometimes they just don't look or feel quite right when your naked.

I much prefer natural breasts. Not that I dislike implants, but I definitely like the feel of natural better. Truth be told, I find B and C cups sexier than D's or larger, but that's just me.

Brianna, You're seeing too many shallow men! Natural is much more fun to hold! And if it's too big to get my mouth around -- what good is it?  

Women who do the surgery attract men who like the look.

Beside the men who prefer natural women, there are also a lot of men who will be attracted to other things - physical, mental, and how you present yourself.  I personally don't plan to have sex with anyone's breasts.  It isn't my "thing"

The obvious answer is that well-done augmentations look great when women are clothed, and clothes can be VERY sexy.

When the clothes come off, it's a different story, but I'll tell one that may be relevant. My first encounter with an "augmented" woman was over 20 years ago. She looked STUNNING when dressed, but the implants were already too firm once she gave me the chance for exploration. However, I still found them erotic - almost as if they were twin erections. Led to two of the most intense pops of my life. Even now I get randy thinking of that night.

But it may just be me...

As a man I don't understand this either.  Natural is the only way to go!!!

Brianna, I'm with you!! There is nothing nicer than a natural breast, even if it may sag. It is warm, soft and feels oh so much better than a hard, unforgiving arificial boob. I knew a girl who had a beautiful figure, including face who was an A-cup and she told me she was going to get a C-cup. I pleaded with her to leave those darling "A" s alone but she went ahead anyway and now she has hard boobs that don't look and don't feel like a natural breast. She is no longer a "natural woman".

Personally, I 100% always prefer natural.  And I am CERTAIN that I am in the majority, that MOST guys do.

NATURAL IS THE RIGHT THING, THE REAL THING, THE GENUINE and that's what I like always.  Its not the size that counts, the perky or the saggy, but the fake is a turn off.  Some says the enhanced are sensitive,and I suppose for some they are, but don't think they are as sensitive as the REAL ONES. The ones with the genunine seems to always like attention better and they cum to attention with reality.  Is there any doubt about my preference?

Yes, I like the A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H and the double in all these sizes.  And the ladies seem to like the tender soft touch as we start and the more brisk attention as the time of play continues, 'til at last -- .
