I have been told that I do many many times...kegel exercises ar e nervous habit I pick up to replace chewing my nails when I was 16 years old...it had a different purpose then as I was studying ballet and much of the form is created by having strong internal muscles in the pelvic region...oh and for the ladies who might read this it increases your ability to have a vaginal orgasm as the toned muscles push the g-spot firmly against the vaginal wall....
