Girls have become so jaded, nasty, and vindictive in this biz that guys do not want to give out their identity in any way shape or form.  Guys are put on blacklists for no good reason,  guys are put on blogs with lies, and bullshit, guys get talked about with real names behind the scenes, and guys are stalked by broke crazy girls that hate men, and smile on the boards while sticking a knife in their backs.  That's honesty, and that's true.

To get dates on Eros and backpack, or drop in on an Asian massage and never provide a reference.  I just started about two years ago and saw four providers before meeting one that required a reference.  I had to call and email my previous four from a year before, one of whom had no idea who I was.  It's not that easy starting out, I was nervous my first time, but i wanted to start seeing the better reviewed ladies on TER so I did what I had to do. There was a post yesterday on the Vegas board where several ladies offered to help a newbie, there should be a way to screen newbies, everybody has a first time.

I have yet  to spend time with a client who is as jaded and bitter about the company he has chosen in the past..maybe, you should find other avenues for companionship or rethink your choices or possibly your behavior.. there are 3 sides to every story,. His, hers and something closer to the truth..

Newbies, Yes there are ways to screen newbies and it is difficult,, Good luck to the Newbies..

if you're a newbie join Preferred 411.  Lots, dare I say, most of the better providers are on there.  You send one a p411 email and she has instant access to your prior providers (if you asked for one, also through easy p411 email after the date) and you don't have to hunt down your old flings from years ago.  And if a true newbie without prior 'ok's, at least you've been vetted already by a quality service that the providers trust.  I had little problems starting as a newbie by going this route.

...but there are posters on here quite often that say they don't provide any info about themselves when setting up an appointment with a provider OR the info they provide is an alias ( hobby name, hobby, phone, hobby e-mail) that others can verify. Just like everything else in the hobby there are all kinds ( ladies and gents) and they do it their own way. They often assume everyone else does it their way and appear flabbergasted when they discover someone does it differently. You have to do what your comfortable with. Don't be concerned about the rest. It may mean you don't get their business but there are others that will see you because you are careful.

I can't believe it was a legitimate call. I can recall every providers name that I have seen. He had to have been jerkin' you around!

I'm a P411 member with multiple approvals & a member of RS2000 .... I use my real name and number when communicating with a provider I'm interested in seeing so they can google me if they wish - and I have a few pictures included in my P411 profile so they know what I look like. Many have said they really appreciated the picture as it removes some of the 1st meeting jitters for them because they know who will be "behind the door" that first time shall we say! I have never had a problem with verification. All return emails from my inquiries have been prompt and with a warm "I'd love to me you" ....

Of course I only choose to see very well established providers and I don't have the fear that my identity will be exposed to abuse by them. Keeping to my protocol has never failed me and since I never jump to a hasty plan B if plans fall apart, I've never had a disappointing experience.

I would think that those hobbyist's that shroud their identity in secrecy are an extreme risk to providers and make them very nervous ........

Like he just cannot be bothered with references. Maybe he should find the local street corner.

That sounds like a very one sided view of truth.

These are also truths:
--Some guys are not safe.  Alone, undressed, a 6’ 190 lb guy vs a 5’ 4” 120 lb lady is not quite a fair fight if it comes to that.
--Asking a lady to put herself in a vulnerable position because a guy is too dumb (or was too drunk) to remember who he has seen in the past is essentially saying her safety/money/life is not worth protecting.
--Last I looked, just because a guy knows how to read a web site and pick up the phone does not mean he is not LE.
--So asking a lady to see you with no screening or references is saying she should risk being arrested because a guy is too stupid (or too drunk) to remember who he has seen in the past.

Yes, there are some women who do wrong things.  Just like there are plenty of guys who do bad things.  This is a shared-risk world, and if a guy is not willing to do his part why should a lady take added risks?

All those reenforce why screening and references are good things.

Just try thinking about it from this perspective:

1.  Do you provide your real name or real place of employment when being screened by a client?
2.  Do you provide references and contact info when asked for it by a client?
3.  Do you, in short, reveal anything about yourself that jeopardizes your own identity?

Despite the naive and simplistic view that some providers like to take, there are guys who just plain don't trust you with their personal information.  And just because they don't, doesn't give you the right to portray them as assholes, deviates, potential rapists, or whatever other picture you condure up in your mind.

Give credit where credit is due..

as to your number 3.. yes if your smart and can read..

aside from that..... I am 5'2 to your whatever, strength and weight.. You ask to come into MY Home and share MY Body with you. That I give willing.. and you want me to do that without risk?

Sorry, I don't resent the question.  I resent the "holier than thou" attitude that anytime a guy is hestitant to reveal personal info, that he is automatically chastized as a potential rapist, or whatever.

BTW, the only one who seems to be on a throne is you who talks as if your own interests are the only ones that matter.  Sorry, but whatever reviews may exist don't mean much since we all know how frequently they are fake or false.  And just so you know, in case you've overlooked this point, your reviews, your screen name, and your exposure on the boards don't reveal one bit of "personal" info of the type that you demand from clients.  So, until and unless you are willing to reveal the same info that you request, you have no right to say a damn thing about a client who refuses to give it to you except to say, no thanks, I won't see you.  Any other derrogatory comments you may make because he refused are unjustified.

Some men are not looking for that, more like a one night stand feeling arrangement, if they wanted to get into knowing the girl, I'm sure they'll look more into dating or a regular ATF girl. A lot and i mean ALOT of men don't look for a regular 1 girl, they're not in this to be loyal to one provider, i leave that to the wife or girlfriend position. So if he doesn't remember my name, so be it, theres some encounters that will be ongoing and there are some that won't be, do you remember ever mans name you ever met after a year?

Not every man wants his info or save your info like that i learned (safety reason a lot of the time)  Completely understandable as i see guys who do not want full screening and just want to meet, do our thing, and go on with his life. Not ever man is looking for those type of things especially in this hobby, this is meant to be fun along with safe. If he wants to 'hit and quit' it forget her name the next week... then he has right to, this hobby isn't meant to be treated like a relationship unless your the type of hobbyist that looks more for ATF ongoing situation and build that relationship between you two up.

Theres all different types of hobbyist. Just because a guy doesn't want screening or remember a girls full info, i never hold it against them, i met a lot of cool people without deep deep screening weather in public or in a hotel bar to get a feel first.

I go somewhere else. If they are not checking me out, I don't trust them. I give references when I make first contact. Most of the time they get back to me and tell me they checked me out on TER. I have written a bunch of reviews and have six whitelistings by providers who are well known in my area. Sometime that is all it takes, but I still give them.

I never provide references. I usually don't see many providers and prefer to see the same ones over and over. At this time I am seeing someone who is UTR and it works just fine for me.

I don't remember every providers name. I don't even review them all. I wouldn't throw the BS flag up so quickly.

They have a long enough history that they don't need to provide personal information. Some of us hobby on reputation. In this biz, reputation is everything.
