Some of the "rip-off" reviews here have girls asking right away for a extra $x00. dollars for anything more than a massage. Say the hourly fee for a incall is $200. What is a good tip if I want anything and if I wish to build a good client reputation? $60? $100???

I agree with John, except that I think ladies that work for agencies should be tipped. For a one hour booking I'll generally add $50 or more (up to $100) if the service is good, smiling and welcoming.
I don't know any reputable full service independant provider that REQUIRES a tip. Their hourly fee, or as in my case, session flat rate, is all inclusive... For me that includes kissing, licking, sucking, and fu**ing.
Of course I don't think ANY provider would refuse a tip as they are always welcome.
Tips are a great way to say thanks to a provider who really did a fine job...not just a hot time, but went the extra mile in hospitality, seeing that you felt welcomed.. like in any other service business..and if you want to come back there...not a bad idea to leave her remembering you as a "would love to book again" not a , "glad that's over" client. I'd leave an extra $20-$60. That's a thank you, not a extortion. BUT don't get pulled into that tip as a cover for upgrades crap. Anytime a provider asks for tips...I ask to see the door. Isn't the saying, "I was born at night...just not last night."
For most of the reputable providers their fees are all inclusive. For these providers, as Mr. Galt mentioned above, you may want to bring a gift if you see her again. Or if you feel a provider truly went "above and beyond" a small additional tip will be appreciated. Occassionaly a provider may ask for and additional tip for a specific service or fetish, but if she asks for more just to get naked or to touch her leave--quick.
Thanks I figured as much. I read the rip offs where they want another 100, then 150 to do anything on top of the fee. If that happens I am gone, but I think a $40 tip should be fine.
Tips are always nice, but there are other ways to show the lady of your choice your admiration/appreciation. For your initial meeting a tip is fine if you liked the service, but of course a tip is always optional. If you decide to see her again you can show your admiration/appreciation with Inexpensive Flowers or a Small Box of Candy, they are alwyas nice. Of course the BEST tip you can give a lady is to be a BFE, follow her policies and of course enjoy yourself!
