I'm happy to see both the Cubs & the Red Sox have made the play-offs.  Although neither team is favored to reach the World Series, I hope they both do!  The fans of both teams have suffered through not grabbing the brass ring since for nearly 90yrs.  I think it'd be great to see at least one of them get rid of the ghosts of seasons passed.  Imagine a game 7 with Pedro facing Sosa at Fenway Park in the 9th inning & the game on the line...it'd be even more exciting that last year's Angels/Giants series.  I don't even know who I'd root for...I'd just enjoy it to the max.

It would be a dream series.  Although I am neither a CUbs or RRed Sox fan, I think it would be the best thing for baseball since the Sosa/Mcguire home run race!!!

If they were to meet, I predict that it would get to game 7, the score would be tied late in the game, and some disaster would happen forcing the series to be cancelled thus keeping both streaks alive.
