As a male who has tried Semenex and Sweet Release, I feel I can add something to the discussion.
Semenex is a "shake". It is a packet of brown powder that is mixed with water. It's not the best tasting beverage I've ever had and it takes awhile to finish it. According to the ladies, it improved my taste (which was according to them, "average") about 3 points on a scale of 10. That brought me to a "7" or "8".

Yes it does interfere with Iron and Coppper absorption so I take my Iron and Multivitamin and Antioxidents in the morning and my zinc in the evening to avoid any problem with iron and copper absorption.
Also it is best to take calcium citrate supplements just before bedtime as calcium makes you sleepy and relaxes the muscles and nervous system and iron can interfere with calcium aborption.

Your diet and the pineapple juice is a great diet.
