I have never been with a service provider before. I recently found one that I just must have but was wondering what the chances were of being arrested, she does incall at a local airport hotel. I found her on the web. Is there a big risk? What can I do to minmize the risk?

Check TER to see if she has reviews, consider buying a membership if you want all the details, and only see providers with a history of good reviews.  Personally, and I know this is not entirely in the spirit of TER, I wouldn't consider seeing a provider who had less than two reviews posted by reviewers with a long track record of trust worthy reviews.  Also, in my opinion, health risks are far more likely than LE (law enforcement) ones, so play safely.
