Go to the doctor and be honest with him. What is said between him and you, regarding your health, is confidential. If the provider gave you something, let her know. Odds are, she has found out by now anyway.

Go directly to the Dr and tell him/her the truth.

I don't hesitate to get medical help whenever there is a discomfort.

I remember before they give you a test they ask you some routine questions.  One of them is "Have you had multiple sexual partners?"  My answer was: "Yes."   The doctor was real cute, a thirty somthing male.  He was nervously expecting my answer.  He asked again: "How many?"  I lied: "Four."  He chuckled.  "I always used condoms."  I added.  He gave me a culture and I asked him to double, triple check the result and it was vaginitis. I also had my blood drawn.  Since I was there, why not? I was prescribed some pills and cured in no time.  I ended up going on a few real dates with the doctor.

Another question in another clinic they asked me is if I ever paid for sex?  They asked that question without even looking at the interviewee.  I said: "Do you mean if I ever get paid for sex?"  He smiled.  Well, anyway, people are professional in those places and I'm sure one way or other you will feel relieved once you know the result.

Would you do us a favor by sharing if you got the rash from massage parlor or if not, what kind of environment???

There are enough resources in all cities for free and Low cost STD treatments and anonymous.  I'm sure there are lots of web savvy people on this board will help you find a good place.

Doctors have an oath to heal and cure, not spread gossip about their patients.  Go see one immediately, your sex life is confidential with your doctor.

DO go to the doc.

Odds are very good that it's just irritation from lube/condoms or something, or folliculitis (look that one up on google) from an infected or irritated hair follicle. All the same, DO check it out, and DO let the lady know if there is a problem... altho I'm curious as to how you could catch something if you used condoms correctly with no breakage or slippage? I mean, it COULD happen, but seems awfully unlikely to me. All the same, DO CHECK IT OUT!

You don't need to tell the doctor anything, btw... it's really none of their business!

Hugs*

could be warts.  pretty common.  doctor just burns 'em off with dry ice, no big deal.  don't delay though.  spreading disease is impolite.

I picked up something from a very low class providor about 20 years ago, back in the days before the internet and before I knew any better(its a miracle I'm still alive).
Anyway, I went to the Doctor. I made the mistake of uttering the
following phrase, "Doctor, to be perfectly honest with you". To which, my Doctor replied "Yes, Please be honest, be honest so I can treat your problem properly"

Enough said? End of Lecture.
