When the woman at the door does not look like the woman in the ad, and if I find the one at the door unacceptable, I send them packing without so much as cab fare.

I only tolerate bait and switch when the proffered goods are at least acceptable.  When they aren't, I send them away.  When I get complaints about "where's my money" or "what about the fee", I simply state that, when the provider in the ad shows up, I will be happy to spend time with her, otherwise, get lost.

Sorry, but if we as hobbysts permit this type of thing to continue and/or reward it when it happens, we are all going to get stuck/shafted by the practice.

Let the bait/switch crowd hang.

I've kicked out a few who were bait and switch (definately not the girls in the pics).  One particular girl was listed as a blonde blue eyed girl with DDs. I even asked on the phone You ARE the girl in the pics right?  She replied, "OF course".  2 hours later, an emaciated, flat chested brunette  with horrible acne arrived at my door. I said to her after she had lied to me "I was looking for a girl with TITS NOT ZITS".  She had the gall to ask me for $$ for her driver as I kicked her out the door. I told the liar to find herself a broom!!!

When I order a leggy blond with 36DDs and I get a 4'10" tall asian with "A" cups at the door I reach for the phone and start dialing the better business bureau. You're dropping serious cash here in the hobby and although there is no reason to be rude or insensitive accepting and paying for deceptive advertising and business practices only incourages them to proliferate. If the agencies practicing bait & switch or independents using 20 year old photographs were regularly turned away the ensueing economic pressure to clean up their act would be undeniable.

Ecstasy, I'd tap it spiritually

Pot, I could care less about tapping it

And heroin, I have no idea because I've never tapped THAT

Your time is money too, don't forget that.  If the girl who shows up isn't ad advertised, don't feel that you have to be Joe Niceguy.  She's trying to dupe you, plain and simple, don't overlook that fact.

That said......I just tell em like it is......I booked an appointment based on the pics, and the pics aren't of you (or not accurate, etc...)

Weather you said it politely or not, different girls will react differently.  Some will go away quietly, others will make up excuses that the pics are her but she got her hair colored, etc... I usually give these girls $20 for cab fare/gas, I probably don't have to but it seems like a small pennance vs. being duped out of several hundred $$.

Occasionally some girls will get in your face and demand the full fee.  They will often say that the $$$ was the agency fee to show up, and you have to pay it or they won't leave, etc.. Back in my early (and naive) days I had one girl park her (fat) ass on my couch and refused to leave empty handed.

My secret for getting rid of these kind of girls......... tell her your gonna call the cops on her. She'll think your bluffing and will say "go ahead, and I'll tell them your hired me for sex and you'll go to jail" thinking this will call your bluff. Grab the phone without thinking twice and dial 811 (or any 3 digits that will look like 911 if she's watching you dial) and yap into the phone like your talking to the dispatcher about a trespasser that refuses to leave your property.  Rattle off your address, her description, age, kind of car she's in, etc..  Make sure you thank the dispatcher for sending the squad car over right away!

She'll be out the door faster than you can say rip off bitch!
