I'd prefer to not read fake reviews.  I know some guys will submit fake reviews for various reasons, but it's annoying as hell to try to sort through and figure out what's true and what's not.

Then again, I've also heard of providers trying to get less flattering reviews pulled.  I am more-or-less OK with letting TER Staff make the call on review-pulling; I'd expect them to have some system to note how often a provider asks for reviews to be pulled, and if there's a consistent pattern in what she asks to have removed.

Without knowing what type of details were written that you think aren't true it's hard to provide much input.

If it was along the lines of you did a service (ie..greek) with him that you don't really offer, and you feel this type of detail will negatively impact your business in any way in the future, then having the review removed is a valid stance.

But if it was a minor detail(s) that you disagree with that won't really impact you, maybe "no harm no foul" since it was a flattering review.

Regarding him wanting to be anonymous, that's not a big deal really.  Many guys don't want to be identified by their reviews. To keep themselves anonymous they will often change minor details in the review such as date, incall vs. outcall, day vs. night, etc.. Not to say that they are lying or being malicious, but they want to be able to write an honest review (good or bad) without any repercussions.  So perhaps that is what was behind the details that you didn't recognize.

Again, without ANY specifics to go on here, it's hard to give you any real advice or input.

1) You obviously know his TER id.  Since you've seen the details, I expect that you are a VIP and can look up his review history.  If he has other recent reviews, contact some of his other recent providers.  Ask them if they have had a similar experience, or can give you a clue as to who he is.  I'm sure TER staff would be interested if the same guy posted plausible, but fake reviews more than once.

2) I have no idea what is discussed there, but this sounds like a good topic for the Providers Only board.

You sound uncomfortable with the review for legitimate reasons so I'd recommend just asking TER staff to remove the review as it does not reflect reality.

including this site.  As noted, some guys post fake reviews to earn VIP time.  Unflattering reviews may be posted to hurt a gal the jerk is mad at.  While you can contact management, the impression is that they do not want to get involved in trying to figure out who is telling the truth.  Beware that if you ask your profile to be pulled for any reason, including fake reviews, it may never be put back up again.

Best way to deal with the fake reviews? Probably give clients excellent service and ask them to post an honest review.

If the (fake?) review is essentially correct about what a session with you would be like, then I couldn't care less if some cheap f**k is trying to scam some free time.

If, on the other hand, the review is in any way negative, or suggests that you offer services that you don't really offer, then you should absolutely do what you can through TER to have it removed. As several other guys have said, if the review says that you do stuff that you really DON'T do, then the next guy (or the next) may be disappointed, and may write a negative review.

I understand your discomfort with reading something about yourself that you think is untrue or never happened. I guess you just need to choose your battles. Good luck.

on earth would he refuse to help you out and give you at least a clue?  And, if indeed he said things happened in the review that you would never do during a meeting, the review is bogus - personally I would contact staff and ask that it be pulled.
Bogus reviews are no good for either lady or client.
