I know it won't happen in our Lifetime, but if Human Replication was Perfected,

Would you get one and who would you Replicate?

My Choice would be Jessica Alba and Jennifer Love Hewitt.

Imagine having a Sex Clone of your own. She does whatever you want anytime you want and as long as you want. No arguing or fighting. She just does whatever you want. This could put Providers out of Business

of course tastes change, and men will grow tired of what we perceive to be our perfect woman.

Maybe you will be able to sell your old one on Craigslist and make a down payment on the newest model that tickles your fancy. :)

Since these aren't Real Girls in the Traditional Sense, you could Trade for a Newer Model. Man how Awesome would it be to Replicate a Provider?  I'd Love one.

let's face it. although there are Awesome Providers out there. I'm Lucky I found one. Some Providers aren't Nice. It would be Great to have a Clone that would do whatever you wanted. This idea got me thinking about this after watching the movie, Cherry 2000.

The Stepford wives...all the guys in town trade in their real wife for a sexier more subservient version that's a robot.  But hey if you want to turn in personality for physical perfection that'd be right up your alley.

And that's why they have realistic dolls to the tune of about 6k. Not exactly very interactive but you can drill the crap out of them and they just lay there smiling away or is it the "0" mouth?

One grasshopper there just might be the lady you seek AI and hot and very willing depending on how she was programmed.

the hubris here just tickles me!

sounds like some of you need a robot.
No emotions, no physical feelings or physical limits, no comfort or pleasure of their own.
Just brainless, programmed fuck dolls. literally.

humans are well, only human.
This has nothing to do with being a companion.
Humans aren't physiologically capable of doing anything you want, whenever you want, however you want, and for as long as you want.

But what kind of man really wants that anyway?
Nothing attractive about someone who must decimate, defile, rule, own and conquer even something as wonderful and sexual intimacy? Sexual intimacy really requires two humans. No?

..not that any of you lose points for not noticing.

Don't be so sure that it won't happen in our lifetime.  If I get to live another thirty years, I expect to see "designer companions" as a readily available "product".

The rate at which 3-D printing technology is developing is incredible.  Now combine that with several iterations of development in Google's new technologies--their stated long-term goal is to have something like Google Glass, except that it will be accessible as an implant that's wired into your brain.

End result:  A custom-made wife/companion/lover who knows exactly what you need or want at any given moment and is designed to "provide" it to you.  Think about it; why bother having a relationship with a real woman (where you have to worry about her needs and all), when you can have a "no strings" relationship that gives you all you want?

Make the money while you can, ladies.  The hobby will not be around forever...

Doubt it.  There always has and likely always will be a market where real people paying other real people for sex.  If you're just after a release into something that is not your hand...try a fleshlight.  A female 'replacement' would have to have intellect, intelligence, personality.  In a "robot"..we're talking AI....artificial intelligence.  It doesn't exist and never will.  The effect cannot outrun the cause.  The manufactured product is only as good as the programming that goes into it.  While the programming might become extremely sophisticated...it will never rival or surpass a real woman in my opinion.

Besides, how do you program irrationality and woman logic???    ;)

My mom and I were talking about the job market when I was a weeeeee bit younger, (like 18). She was explaining how technology would take over a lot of jobs and people won't be needed anymore. Even music is becoming more technical. (You can add instruments into a track without even playing it, so if I want a Cello, I don't have to hire Yo Yo Ma. Though I would if I could, lol.)

I said, "So by the time I get famous, I won't be needed?" She said, "There's something sexual about singing. You'll always need real singers. People need something to fantasize about." You hear some singers who just sing, and some who saaaang. "She got soul"

I see in reviews things about woman going through the motions, be too 'mechanical', etc. Men want to feel wanted. They want to be seduced, and they, just like anyone, want that physical and verbal communication that goes on that enhances the experience.

There's something beyond what is seen and heard, that attracts us to each other.

Singers don't have to be sexual, although they can be.

Sex appeal in music is a marketing technique.

Sex appeal can come from a lady simply walking across a room.

There's a chemistry, a soul, and a connection with a real human being that is not there when a robot is singing.

Sheryl Crow, for example. Think of a robot singing her songs. She doesn't jump on stage half naked like Miley Cyrus, but is a lot sexier naturally.

There's something behind the human voice, and the human actions. If a person has a soul and a mind, you can tell, if you're well practiced, if someone has feeling behind what they say. Same goes for singing.

Here's an example. I had heard a while back, "When someone goes through hard times, they really learn how to sing." When I made a huge decision about a baby, (which I regret now,) I went home and sang a song jsut for fun, not thinking anything of it. There was something behind my voice I had never heard before. Same voice, who new meaning behind it.

Men say they like the older women, (I'm 32,) because a lot of times they're seasoned by life, more mature, etc. etc. They've got 'soul' behind their actions. (If you pick the right one, and if they choose a good attitude about things, you're golden.) Imagine how seasoned and mature a robot is.

I get what you're saying and totally agree!  I'm a musician myself...sing, piano, guitar (although...it's been a while).....

A machine can never and will never be able to infuse emotion or soul into anything.  A machine will never be able to create and imagine.

Give me a real, emotional, irrational, sexual, excitable, kissable, lickable woman any day of the week and twice on Sundays!!!

You can keep your machines....

:D

and agree with you about people who have lived longer, have more to say and a broader wealth of experience to share, don't like robots either. I find it hard to feel what a person is singing about, when their voice is auto tuned. Imagine dirty talk auto tuned. :-D

...and what ever decision you had to make about a baby do not regret that decision.

had to write a pop song for someone and I started it out with a pre-madonna, bitchy dirty sounding talking part... yeah, felt stupid recording it and you can tell, hahaha.

Further...

Go listen to Itzhak Perlman play the solo violin theme from Schindler's List.  There are no words that can express the raw emotional-soul-bearing pain that his playing expresses.  And so no words are used....just a brilliant Jewish artist demonstrating how the confluence of the human condition, virtuosic command, and tragedy can produce something painfully beautiful.

Wowwie that is amazing... It like draws it out of you.

Just brought an idea further about something I'm writing via software with orchestra stuff... no matter the software superiority, couldn't do this!

Btw...you mean "instrumentalists" and singers.

They/we are all musicians :D

A guy on this thread that views us as more than receptacles for their sexual release!  This robot talk and the attitude that goes with it is kinda creepy.

I Agree With You 1000%. Thank You.

I do wish Rhiannah was a provider though.

This is  a practice site. Let's see how many people can actually do it. (And actually do) haha
