Well, you have to tip. I don't know what the tipping standards are in your town, but if after you pay the room fee and choose the girl, you hand the girl $200 and say you want "everything", you will get fs... and depending on where you are, the tip for fs might be much less, but $200 leaves no question about your intentions.
This assumes it IS that sort of spa... but an AMP it should be guaranteed to work.
