I don't do BBBJ at all for men who are not circumcized. There is a taste that is unpleasant, and most uncircumcised men that I have seen are not nearly fastidious enough about thoroughly washing themselves.

Studies conducted in Africa indicate risk of HIV is cut in half when a guy is circumcised (liniks were posted here yesterday). Another is below.

I had very few clients who were not, and had been relieved that was the case.  I've had a few cases, where the uncircumsized penis would overly leak, a faint smell, and also have noticed that they were not overly clean.  I won't say that this was all of the cases that I have seen, but it was the majority, that I have met while providing. In those cases, I would make sure that he would put the rubber on, while oral was going to be performed.

anytime there are extra skin folds ya have to take more care when cleaning yourself, just like being heavier yoave to wash better.

I concur with the views above... I've had several uncircumsized playmates who thankfully were fastidious with cleaning it.  However, if it were stinky and overly juicy then heck YES!  I prefer a circumsized penis!
