I want to get something for my ATF for this next weekend getaway.  Something very nice.  Money isn't the issue but intent is.  I don't want to get something that says too much - you know, with hearts and 'love' messages stamnped all over it.  Could kill the relationship real quick.  So what kind of gifts would you really love to recieve?  What would make you feel very special.  Are diamonds too much?   Are sex toys too crude?  Thanks!

Diamonds are very nice too if you have known her for a long time; if not, maybe that would be too much. But in my opinion(just mine), a bottle of her favorite perfume is perfect!

I personally would love for someone to give me a day at the spa.  It is very indulgent and it is nice to get pampered for the day.   Especially if she is like most women and likes to get her nails done, and get a massage.  Just my opinion.

Diamonds are never too much hee hee.  Just ask any Woman!  My take on this would be:

Diamonds: From the Soul, will always adore them & think of you when wearing them.  You will become her all time favorite & treated special.

Sex Toys: For a good laugh & do you want her to use it on you?

Lingerie: Something a Woman in this bus. could always use & need, if it's pretty & special enough, you may be able to see it worn in one of her AD pictures.

Bath Kits:  Soaps, oils, colognes, bath salts, bubble bath, aroma therapy items, lotions, candles.  Something the two of you could use during your time together & have fun with.

After I have developed a good relationship with a particular ATF or someone I just want to share a little extra I usually go to the Body Shoppe or Victoria Secret and pick up a $100 gift certificate...just a little something beyond the typical tip!All the ladies seem to really appreciate it.

I'm leaning toward a gold belly chain with a three diamond drop pendant (1/4 - 1/2 carot).  They look so damn sexy around a girl's waist with just enough slack to where the diamonds point the way to heaven.  I get excited just talking about it.

As long as your into that sort of look (I agree it can be sexy as hell) why not consider a navel jewel.  Personally, depending on the lady's skin tone, I'd opt for either ruby or jade instead of diamond.

No, it doesn't...all that's necessary is that the lady have a navel with some indentation & that should be sufficient to hold it in place.  I'm not sure where to suggest shopping for these or if there's anything else that you need to know about them.  Perhaps a shop that specializes in belly-dancing attire?  They're quite commonly worn by those gals.
