Not married, so don't have a husband opinion, but I have had a few affairs with the wives of other guys. In all cases BBBJ was offered, and in all but one case it was all that was offered. So I always assumed that wives DO give BBBJ.

Let me state right off the bat that I am being extremely subjective, and my opinions are based far more on feelings than fact.

Let me preface by saying that if I were to call myself a oral connoisseur, it could be too easily interpreted as if I were somewhat presumptuous or arrogant. However, suffice to say that I am probably in the minority of those who could care less about fucking when it comes to a choice of that and oral. Fucking is fine as foreplay, with oral as the main event. Excellent head is the absolute best.  

Although most paid ladies give bbbj's, I think it is extremely rare, in fact, nearly next to impossible, to find someone who can truly truly suck a mean cock. Sadly, I have come across only three ladies in the business (out of approx 100+ that I experienced) that I could say really knew how to give head. I must reiterate however, that this is only my opinion. Some guys post reviews of ladies that say it's the best head they have ever gotten, while I found the oral performance of same the lady to be rather mediocre at best. I think many ladies like to give head, you could even say that they really like to give head, but there are those who are few and far inbetween that truly love to give head.

As for my wife. Let me put it this way, although it wasn't the only reason, a rather strong motivating factor for why we got married was how well our mouths and genitals meshed together. 30+ years later, the kids grown and gone, and we are still together.
