Ususally for a weekend trip, the financials, you are responsible for all expenses. Ask her what her fee would be for the weekend, usually, in most cases, since it is a longer amount of time, the financial part will not be too high. Just ask.

I've done several weekends with providers. You are ahead of the game, you know her well enough to be comfortable talking to her.

As far as funding goes, ask her her rates. You will need to pay for her expenses. Also, either pick her up at the airport or send a driver for her. It should be as easy on her as possible, she will be more relaxed.

Let her know what type of weekend it is. She will need to know what type of clothes to bring.

Question for you is was lunch free or did you have to pay?
If so and presumably this is the same woman, I would try to negotiate a fee if she doesn't suggest one.  If she says she travels she probably has one in mind, typically 2-3 times hourly rate.  You would pay all expenses like a date as well.

Upside is available companion who you know.  Down side is no chance to sample local talent, having to share hotel room, bodily functions, snoring, etc.  if you do work she will have time alone to fill that you will pay for.

The other problem  too when I travel with my ATF on business, I have trouble getting my work done.  If I have a choice of hanging out with some geezers in suits or hanging out with my ATF, well the choice is obvious.  So if you really have to work and perform, don't bring her particularly if this is your first overnight with her.  Unless your business partners are used to looking like hell with a shiteatingg grin on your face. LOL

The other downside is getting caught.  If your business wants to do dinners or other stuff, then you will either need to leave her behind or explain who seh is and what you are doing with her.

So think long and hard, it is a lot of fun if it works but can have a big downside particularly if you are married.

Create a scenario (upfront) where you both can have your own time & space
on the trip ... be;live me i have done this a few times. The sex  & companionship is  terrific but boy the dead time  or things you don't need to know or see can be tough on both parties. This about it...  trying and be on their best behavior

a trick I have... I always get the lady a separate room... why ??
because it ensures me that i will have an daily escape route . For me,  this approach  keeps the experience hot , fresh and new plus it let's her re-charge &  be at her best during the entire  trip.  A few hours a part is a good thing !!

The Cost .... really depends on the lady, the location and the extras envisioned...
  dinner , site seeing  expenses etc...

       BUT i have never agreed to multiplying the overnight rates by number of days for the encounter. That's too one sided. Plus during the fee discussions  you can get a sense  what might happen on the trip. Don't leave things unsaid !!

Have fun.. if completely discussed (upfront) by laying out mutual expectations ... You can have a ball!!!
