I have several foot fetish clients and enjoy these types of sessions immensely, however I have met other providers that find this repulsive.  It's a "to each their own" kind of scenario.  If a provider doesn't like her feet played with, caressed, worshiped, etc, then don't go and see her.  Seek out the providers that don't have a problem with this request.  Also, please don't think that there's anything wrong with your fetish or anything wrong with requesting it.  Just respect what a provider says and go on... If she likes it or is willing to provide the service, then so be it.  If she's not into it or not willing to cater to you, then that's her problem.  Personally, I like helping guys out with their fetishes and making them feel comfortable with themselves.  It makes me feel good about myself and the service I provide to know that I made someone who would've otherwise thought of themselves as "abnormal," normal.  I only restrict things that I feel are unsafe, painful, or demeaning.

Over time, I have noticed that men who make love to a woman's feet tend to appreciate ALL of her.  Did I say that out loud, "make love, appreciate all of her"?  I don't mean someone who dives in and attacks, but gently approaches her feet, in a knowing way.  Her feet being considered the oxen of her body, the most unattractive beat up part of her.  He shows he wants to take care of her, make her comfortable.

When I go to a masseuse/masseur, I particularly ask for special attention to my hands and feet, especially feet.  Perhaps it's because I dance and I run, or is it because I find it so comforting that the oxen of my body need pampering?

My feet are very clean and also very sensitive. I love it when a gent likes and sucks my big toe as well as suck the inner portion of my foot.

I don't complain at all.
Its not just the neck and ears that are sensitive. How about the belly? hips? arms? and yeah feet.
