What percentage of guys have you seen that can't seem to get it up? Like 1 out of 100 guys, 1 in 50, 1 in 10? A provider told me that a guy she saw had to extend for another 30 minutes yet still could not get it up.

Personally I have not had that problem at all. That would Suck for the both of us if it ever did. I would give my best effort to change the outcome if it did happen though.

a number of providers have told me this is not an unusual problem.  There have been posts here over the past year about guys who have implants to pump it up and guys who give themselves hypodermic injections of drugs to get an erection.

Consider this:  if you had an impotence problem, wouldn't you rather be in the hands of a skilled and sympathetic professional than someone who'd express frustration or be humiliating?

Unfortunately as a diabetic the plumbing does not work as well as it used to and there are times when it doesn't want to work at all.  That is why I try to find providers that enjoy DATY I can still lick the hell out of the jar.

Occasionally.  At least not the full stiffy I'd like, because of the dose of insulin I have to take for my mother-fucking diabetes.  A provider dives in and practices her art and I go away a happy fella everytime:  (And sure, I'm talking about ejaculation...everytime...but sometimes it takes a little teamwork if you know what I mean.)   If you're a person reading them under the influence of diabetes, you can tell in my reviews.

It doesn't effect me every time and my dose of insulin gets adjusted daily so I'm learning how to control it as time goes on.  As Hedwig said, we work with what we are given.

I suffer from both diabetes and prostate cancer, so I have real problems.    But I can get it up regularly when I take Viagra, as long as the lady is understanding and works at it.   My wife of 40 years has a problem getting me going.   That is one of the reasons I go to professionals, who do things my wife would not do.   I have no cum, but I do have orgasms.   Lately, I have been able to get two erections, but have only one orgasm in an hour.   That may be a result of being 61 years old.   But I enjoy myself thoroughly.

years old getting it up twice in an hour is pretty commendable. I'm half your age and I have trouble with the second one sometimes!

I've had this experience with probably 20% of my clients, and there could be a number of reasons for not being able to "get it up"....

Some men try too hard and are thinking so intently of the outcome of the experience that makes an erection difficult to keep, or even begin! Having an orgasm seems so important to them that the pleasurable aspects (and there are so many-if we take the time to enjoy our time together) of a sexual encounter are mimimized.

As a woman, if a man is worried and preoccupied about being able to have an orgasm, or if he expresses his deep need to make sure that his partner has one, it actually takes me longer to have one.  I need to just be relaxed, feel the pleasure that I'm (trying) to experience without having the big "O" in the back of my mind.  When I just go with it, and focus on the moment, not the grand finale', it usually is such a pleasurable experience that an orgasm, two, three or more comes!!

Another reason why some men cannot get it up is the quantity of alcohol that has been consumed either over many years, or even on that given day.  End of that subject.

Condoms can be a real drag, so sometimes I just have to use my talents to the maximum, and find what stimulates a client.....and that's not difficult to do.  Tuning in on their needs is pretty natural.  Lucky, I guess.

I think that when a client is relaxed (naturally-without the use of alcohol or any mood-altering drugs) is important.  I enjoy giving pleasure, and when they sense this, it is a turn on, too.

I'm not well read on impotence, though....I am only speaking from my years of experience, and have to say that I have many.....boy, time flies when having fun!!
