Please be on the lookoout people...this is what I've been told so far, but dont have the backup info yet...I am sure someoone else on this board might...

Subject:  Virus Alert -- Vote Virus

Yesterday a new virus was discovered which spreads via electronic mail.  The virus arrives via an email message containing the following information:

Subject:  Fwd:Peace BeTweeN AmeriCa And IsLaM !

Body:          Hi
         iS iT A waR Against AmeriCa Or IsLaM !?
         Let's Vote To Live in Peace!

Attachment:    WTC.EXE

This  virus uses Microsoft Outlook to propagate

Yes.  And this one deletes files from your computer as well as resending itself to your address book members.  DO NOT CLICK ON THE ATTACHMENT.

This virus is fatal if "ingested", a.k.a. downloaded and opened.  As always the case, do not open files, especially executable files from people, even from friends.  

Norton and McAfee have already got pathces for them.  M$FT got a patch for the Outlook 2000, but not too many people bothered to download the patch.  Hence the lull in our security.
