Ok now I am 37, and I know we are in a new generation, but I have grown very curious and puzzled at the same time....
Escorting seems to be becoming more and more mainstream.
It seems like very intelligent, beautiful, and many very young women, whom have everything in the world going for them, more and more are venturing into this field.
I'm not here to criticize or condone, just asking questions because I'd like to hear about and learn what folk are thinking these days.
What do you think other folks, outside of us hobbyists and providers, think about this?
What are the effects for the providers?
Do providers feel totally ok about it, or are some of the younger girls, not even thinking about any future consequences (if any)?
Is this something that if you just do for a short period of time, that you'll look back on and feel badly about?
Or is this something that you will feel kinda hott and excited about?
Do you think about a future relationship or marriage, and would you share this with them, or would you keep it in the closet?

I agree. I am in college at the moment finishing up a graduate degree. This is something that I do occasionally when I need extra spending money for some bills that pile up when tuition's due and stuff like that. I am VERY low volume and not around a lot, so it's easiest for me to once in a great while take out a free trial or an ad on craig's list or something, see some fun people and disappear again to study. You typically see me when the semester's over.
Curious, how do you think the outlook/mentality differs between a woman whom has escorted, versus those whom have not?
I guess I'm thinking about the many many women, whom have always seemed to be pretty judgmental towards men in general, about their sexual history...
and nowadays, it seems like women as a whole, are much LESS judgmental.
You know, it seemed like in the past, women would always tout that mantra "men are dogs"; However these days, it seems more like many women aren't nearly as scrutinizing in regards to that.

I'm more just trying to understand the perspective and attitude of women of today.
While it's true that the internet and sites like TER have made it easier for hobbyists I don't really see any indication of a wider public acceptance of sex for money. It's still illegal just about everywhere, the police are still arresting people for participating in it and women are still not putting it on their resumes. As far as how the lady herself handles it, I don't think that has changed much either. I've been with women that clearly where not handling it well in the present so I doubt they will be able to put it completely behind them when they get out. OTOH, I know quite a few ladies in the hobby with enough common sense and self-respect to handle the ups and downs just fine. You would probably be surprised at how many women in professional occupations have escorted at one time or another for any number of reasons and are none the worse-off for the experience.
For me, the long term affects will be, great memories of some wonderful men, some mind blowing chemistry and orgasams to remember with a smile, and some friendships I will maintain long after hobbying. There is nothing more flattering than repeats who can't get enough of me or reading reviews that are 10's. I have never felt sexier than I have since providing and will remember how great I feel now when I throw in the towel some day.
