Pms are what get me over the finish line.
To answer your question, yes, one person can make a difference to a gals business, pending who they are. If it is a prolific and well trusted reviewer, he can have a huge affect on a girl.
Some dude with one or two reviews, not so much or not at all, as they are much more easily overcome in a potential John's eye, especially if the girl has a plethora of other good/great ones.
Your point about pms is dead on. Girls should be as concerned, if not more concerned about them. No, they aren't privy to them, but them knowing that bc system exists here makes it more likely she will care about her rep just a bit more.
Bottom line is though that professional girls don't need to worry as they consistently conduct themselves in a manner that will generate great reviews and great bc chat.
I agree with this 100% I screen the gentlemen extremely, before seeing them, I also pick the ones who have a lot of reviews under their belt because I know they might be reputable a little more than the one with one or two, so I know they aren't a weirdo. Anything that's said in a review, I think it affects the women in a mental level with either satisfaction or shame. That's why I believe that if a provider takes good care of herself and actually enjoys what she does she will always have a good outcome

I don't think any ONE person or review has much of an effect. A back channel or a private forum is different. In men's only regional groups guys will say things they would usually not say in a review or a public forum.
Examples: She says 29 but looks closer to 39 or she's not fat but she's not athletic , she's thicker than her pictures, droopy breasts etc.
For services:
she allows CIM but spits it in the sink, only wants to do it doggy style etc.
Of course positive things get mentioned too.
it's her first TER review. All of a sudden she goes from having no presence here to being visible. Other than that, I agree with you.
If a gal has page after page of solid reviews, then one bad one isn't going to matter. But if she already has iffy reviews, then one bad one could be the one that drives any business away.
Also good clients look at the reviewer's history. If it is an only review, then very little weight would be attached to it. Also the quality of the review is important. Is it a nonsensical rage? Then forget it.
Finally, it's important to review a reviewer's history to see if he is a hard grader. I'd be more likely to see a gal who got a 7 from a guy who rarely scores above a 6, whereas I'd be leery to see a gal who got an 8 from someone who normally gives out all 9s and 10s
Any of the first few reviews for a Newbie is very important, especially the first. It sets her profile, establishes her as legit, etc....
Every new review drives profile looks and website hits. A number of ladies have posted about this over the years. I'm assuming a good review does more than a poor one for bookings, but a poor one still drives views and traffic.
I think backchannel has an effect on bookings AFTER the fact of the review and the traffic increase, e.g. someone sees a review, it generates interest, then a backchannel question is asked. Or in many cases, not asked and the booking happens anyway.
I'd agree that the more established a lady is, considering many reviews and an established "guest" base, that a new review has a lesser (although still significant) impact on business.
