1st, I'm not sure we can agree on the order of these listed actions.  Foreplay definitely makes the true GFE.

2nd, is "the tap'n'swirl" where the tongue is used to gently tap on her sweet spot like a mini jack-hammer followed by a circling motion around the sweet spot?

I don't think there is an order for foreplay..but there is certainly a list of activities enjoyed by both sexes....Some would argue oral sex is not foreplay.... Not me!! Your description of "the tap'n'swirl" sounds awesome!!!
