When this becomes available, I'm wondering how many providers would be willing to take it at the beginning of a session?

If it was fun then, I'd think of taking it with a man.  If it adds something more/different to the sexual experience it's worth considering., IMHO.

Absolutely, but NOT on a one or two hour session!  I would want the time for the foreplay as the enhancement was taking "root" (npi).  Why not have that experience as long as there was no time pressure?

I did take the "regular" Viagra with someone once but I think we took too heavy a dosage, as we both ended up with headaches.  What a waste.
