I'm asleep in a hotel bed.  A lady (who I've talked with on the phone, but not met) picks up a room key from a desginated place; enters my hotel room silently; some prearrainged object is visible so lady is double sure she has right room (I'd be pretty sure it was at least the person I talked with on the phone or someone they told); without a word lady slides under the covers and sees if she can make me cum before I wake up!  Then we completely ravage each other.

I've done that before, but it was with a lady I knew from previous sessions.  It's a nice fantasy, but very difficult to make it work.  Here's a couple of the problems:
1) Most ladies aren't going to be willing to get down to business like that without having met you and talked in person first.
2) If the lady is not familiar with the layout of the room, everything could be ruined by a stubbed toe (assuming you sleep with the lights off).
3) Unless you are a very sound sleeper (keep in mind, the anticipation is going to make it like Xmas eve when you were 10), you're going to wake up before anything interesting begins.
4) Since you've never met, what is going to happen when you wake up and the person is not what you were expecting?  It's a little past the point where you can send her/him/it on her/his/its way without paying full-price.  Something to consider depending on where you find this lady and if she reviews.  

That said, yes, it is fun.  I would recommend you meet the lady first and do a session so you are both comfortable with each other.  Have the lady over before hand so she can get a feel for the layout of the room and make sure nothing is left on the floor where she could trip over it.
Put on some headhones with music you like so you can't hear her; leave the lights on and wear an eyemask; turn the thermostat up to a comfortable level and sleep on top of the covers.  This all makes it less likely to notice that she is there until the fun begins.

I agree with best lover, I would LOVE to do a role play fantasy like that, however, how do I know you are who you are,, opps wrong room,, some poor soul could get the best night of his life.. LOL

Please take the time to meet the provider or at least give her a picture and a good reference!!

You have actually just described down to the last detail my very first experience as a provider.
