Could be how you masturbate. According to an article:   Traumatic Masturbatory Syndrome (TMS) is the habit some males have of masturbating in a face-down (prone) position. Some TMS practitioners rub their penises against the mattress, pillow, or other bedding, while others thrust into their hand. Some rub against the floor.

What's wrong with masturbating in this fashion?

Masturbating face-down puts excessive pressure on the penis, and especially on the base of the penis. These sensations are not easily replicated in conventional masturbation or in sexual intercourse. This can make TMS practitioners unable to have normal sexual relations.

Solution- Stop masturbating for a week or so, then learn to masturbate the right way.

I think I have what's called a dry orgasm.  I get erections but don't really ejaculate.  A tiny amount is in the tip but not much.

Is this normal?  I'm 21 and ejaculation only happens in my sleep.  Are there any solutions to this?  Premature ejaculation is a worse condition right?

Thanks to any replies in advance.

If you don't have other health issues, it could be over-ejaculation. Do you ejaculate a lot at night?

Anyway, you should go see your doctor instead of asking a bunch of horny guys and gals on the internet. :-)

Does it matter if I'm a guy or a gal? Was that a proposition?

What's with all the easily amused people around here?

I didn't even try to be funny.

Nope.  I'd rather not ask my doctor if possible.  I have the same one as my dad's and he's had that doctor for a while so it would be awkward.  I'm sure some people on this board know something about it.

Your Dad's physician can't say anything about your condition to your father - not if he values his license.  Revealing privileged medical information - even whether he saw you or not - carries with it some very stiff legal penalties.

So don't be afraid to bring it up to your doc.

I've masturbating in the face down position for years without any (as yet) noticable effect.

Can you provide any links on this subject whereby I can find out more?

I agree with above poster.  See a doctor who will diagnose the problem and give you a solution.  Do a google search on TMS, but again I stress that you see a professional- a urologist (MD) or licensed doctor.
