First, NOSC makes a glaring error in punctuation in a different post. Then, both of you, the President and the Brainiac, miss the simplicity of this post.  Oy...what is the world coming to?

To lift a quote from James Carville, "It's the burqa, stupids!".  The point The Dude was making is that the "liberated ladies" aren't wearing the Afghan burqa.  Of course, he spelled it wrong on his link (to quote Nigel Tufnel, "That's nitpicking, isn't it?"), and it is a far cry from a suffrage movement, but let me see, try to be positive...okay:  "Glory and crumpets, I am sure that the Afghan men are quaking in their boots!".  How's that?  

Now, if we could only get a decent amount of women in THIS country interested in real feminism again...oops, wrong audience for that one.

BTW, Singey...what is up with your drumbeating?  I can't remember hearing of many people who were against the Taliban getting swatted.
