Pillows under his knees?  Her kneeling on a bed/couch with him standing?  She lays down with pillows under her tummy/hips?

There are a few options:

1. find different furniture than the bed that is closer to the floor for her to kneel on while he stands

2. she can kneel on the floor (on blankets of course) while he kneels on a large pillow

3. if there's a table at the right height in the room, she can rest her stomach and torso on it and stand on feet spread out past her shoulders (does that make sense? I think I worded that wrong...)

4. if all else fails, have her ride cowgirl backwards (i.e. facing away from you). It feels close to doggie and is defintiely different than regualr cowgirl
