I'm a regular at some AMPs.  Some time Mamasan says she has a new girl and sends her to me.  After the session, Mamasan ask if the girl is ok and if I enjoyed her.  Mostly I say yes and very relaxing.  If not, Mamasan will waive the entrance fee for me the next time.

Just was wondering about how an agency determines whether a girl has the right stuff for the job ... I'm not necessarily offering myself for the position, but was curious.

This is an urban legend like many others. I'm sure there are a few lucky guys who get a freebie now and then but a real pro never gives away what she can sell.

who occasionally sends me "fresh game" to be broken in (with my patented gentle touch! :) is NOT one of freebies in return ... but rather an unspoken agreement that me getting them OTB (so to speak) is reward enough in itself!  :)

there's something to be said for mentoring a 19-year-old just days/weeks into the bizness ... kinda like an erotic Pygmalion with her as a clueless Eliza Doolittle (Audrey Hepburn) and me as a lecherous Prof. Higgins (Rex Harrison) ... as in "My Fair Lady"

Actually, there are several agencies here in Atlanta that are run by men that require a "courtesy call" before you can go to work for them.  Personally, I think that this requirement is demeaning and disrespectful, not to mention that it places the agency owner in even more legal hot water.  Most of the reputable agencies I've come across that don't require courtesy calls make a girl sign a contract that she won't do anything illegal and if they find out that she has, she's fired.  This may sound kind of harsh, but it's either that contract or a pimping and pandering charge.
