As my So doesn't like this,  It wasn't until I started the hobby before getting (or giving) this delicable treat.  It was actually with my second provider, I worked up the courage and dove in.  My facial muscles got very tired, but I didn't stop.  I think it was mainly from the fact, I wasn't doing everything right.  I did some research here and some real good help-videos, so when I saw her again, I worked all the right muscles.

so I guess practice, practice, practice is the right advice :D

I had a very hot session with a provider recently. When I was doing daty I had to stop because my facial muscles got tired (after 15 minutes). Never thought that could happen. Any suggest exercises to help out with that ?

The provider laughed and told me "You must not do daty that much." With other providers they slap the cover on and go to town with cowgirl, can't wait to get to the dick.

Not sure how you could wear out the facial muscles.  Focus on the tongue, which is all muscle.  Shouldn't have to stress the facial muscles at all.

Now, tennis elbow is another issue.  I once got tennis elbow because I supported my head while doing DATY on my forearm -- elbow on bed, head on hand.  But that was in a civvie relationship where she only got off on DATY, and only after about an hour's effort.  And we went at it every night.

Had my upper lip muscles get sore after one verrry extended DATY session with Caroline of Denver.  So she taught me how to um, "spark" her in other ways and life has been fantastic since then!!!

Found out that it is much better if you kneal at the side of the bed and have her put her legs over the side of the bed while she lies on her back.  Don't forget to put a pillow under your knees.

I ran into the same problem but quickly built endurance, hehehe...

No joke,one good way to seriusly increase your facial muscles is to eat ice cream cones or snow cones for the lactose intolerant. You eat it mostly with your tongue. I don't recommend you do it in public though.

pressed against her, and I cannot breathe!  That has happened twice and it is not too much fun! lol!!! for me that is.  Maybe for her!

A common jaw muscle and joint problem, an occupational hazard for providers and clients doing too much oral.  In extreme cases, the jaw can get locked and need special excercise regiment or even surgery to corect.

It's mostly tongue but peri-oral musculature as well and like any muscle, overuse will make it tired and sore, and training will make it stronger and less likely to succed.
In this case I would forego cross training and eat more pussy.  Pardon me, d more frequently aty!

Daily Acrobatic Tongue Yoga

1. Stick your tongue out of your mouth as far as possible.
2. Reach for your nose with your tongue.
3. Move your tongue around clockwise for 60 seconds.
4. Move your tongue around counterclockwise for 60 seconds.
5. Move your tongue up and down for 60 seconds.
6. Take a quick break and then repeat the exercise twice more for a total of three times.

1.twist your tongue by 90 deg clockwise so the width is aligned vertically.
2. part her lips and insert tongue in this position into kitty box.
3.start moving your head in and out and sidewise in a butterfly stroke movement.
