END OF MESSAGE

Just wondering if exchanging money for simply lying next to a woman in the "spooning" position is legal.  I'm talking about no dry humping, no sexual contact of any kind; just pure human contact.  Any lawyers out there with any opinions?  Thanks.

Not an attorney but know most of the rules, self defense :)

If you were both dressed and all you did was lie down together, with no inappropriate touching, you would be okay.

Most statutory definitions of illegal activities include some specific statement such as "direct physical contact with the the genital region of one or more of the parties by another, in the context of a meeting for which financial consideration was provided from one of the individuals to another.

You're going to the pokie. Sorry dude. I'm not up on the specific Perry Mason lingo but in everyday terms, If you engage in genitle stimulation with the exchange of money contracted for that stimulation, in most states that is illegal. Most lap dances are fully clothed yet illegal in most stats "If Enforced".

The sad thing is it is so easy to be arrested for the morality laws concerning sexual conduct are so varied and vauge that oneday a provider is going to get busted for shaking hands.

The scary part is that providers go through elaborate screening processes yet if they knew that 99% of what they do will not stop them from getting arrested, I don't know how many lady's would bother. Basically a lady can be arrested for just showing up or opening her door. Please note, I did not say she was guilty, but tell that to someone who has just been arrested, gone through central booking, a bail hearing and probably a night or two in jail after paying out a few hundred to a few thousdand dollars. Guilt or innocence is not an issue after that especially when their life is on hold for a few month while awaiting their prelim hearing and then, maybe, trial.

Damn did I go off on an tangent or what LOL. Come back to the light Smooth. Deep breaths. Nice and slow. No sudden moves. LOL

Back to the question, yes dry spooning can be considered illegal. I've heard stranger request.

As always, just my two cents. I'm out!

Now play my music!

PSSSSSSSSSSST MichaelCA, think we can spoon with out, "direct physical contact with the the genital region of one or more of the parties by another"?  Lets wagger a bet? *wink* OK I'm in a wicked mood, Lets blame it on this PHX heat!!!

You just want to lie next to a woman without having sex?  Sounds like marriage!

Regardless of the legality, you may very well set off the provider's radar with such a weird request...

I'm not a criminal defense attorney, so do not take this as legal advice, but the key issue in your "spooning" question would seem to be whether the exchange of money was for the purpose of obtaining "sexual gratification or arousal"....
but again, the burden of proof is on the prosecution to show that...
