Actually Nicole.  I think that the layout and user interaction of your site is one of the better ones.  It doesn't force you through an initial flash page, which is HIGHLY annoying, has no music, causes unexpected scrambling for the MUTE or volume controls, loads quickly and has the information I want to see within a click or two.

For those of you who have flash intros, do your audience a favor and make sure the "Skip Intro" button is large and immediately available.  Although a flash presentation may be interesting or fun initially, the 2nd, 3rd, 4th.... who cares?

Also, have whoever put your site together gather statistics about what pages are hit and what things the users skip viewing. You would probably find it highly interesting to see how often the viewers skip things you may see as important.  I know that the "Skip Flash Into" button would be the most often used element on your page.  I'll leave the conclusion to the pages owner about that one.

Not everyone has high bandwidth network connections.  Some of us browse information while traveling with PDA's.  Unforutnately for us TER is not PDA friendly at all, and most of the web sites aren't even worth trying to get to with that form of a device, but they SHOULD be.
