I am a provider in LA and I recently ahd an encounter with a client that had a good share of growths on his testicles.  I asked him what they were, and he said calcium deposits.  I searched high and low on the internet for pictures of such a thing and did not come up with any.  I have heard of internal calcium deposits but external?  He also was red between his thighs, it could have been just his weight, but the bumps is what I want to know about.  Have you guys ever heard of such a thing?

Also they did not look like warts and they were not open sores, just bumps or growths whatever you want to call them.

This also raises the topic of how do you tell the client if you feel uncomfortable seeing him after you and him are both naked and on the bed with out hurting his feelings?  Do you refund all his money?

Did he just recently shave himself?  Pop on google.com and do a search for "testicle+calcium+deposit" and you will get numerous hits.  The possibility of them being just calcium deposits are real, more worse could be tumors.  Whatever it is, certainly not normal.  Hopefully it is not transferable.  Of course I don't need to tell you that.

I'm not a MD, but I do have some medical background.  Your description is not detailed enough to be sure what was his condition.  Irritation from skin rubbing against skin is common among heavy set men.  What you saw could be as simple as ingrown hairs caused by friction, and then again it could be a number of other things. You will sometimes notice that some men who frequently wear tight T-shirts have a similar condition on their upper arms. (The size of his legs, his weight, the style of his undergarments--boxers or briefs--are all clues you can use in guessing if this was simple sking irritation.)  If there were no open sores I wouldn't be too worried that you were exposed to something, but you might want to see a doctor for your own peace of mind.  As to refunding his money (all or part) it depends on what happened before you asked him to leave.  In general, I suggest being honest about your reservations in continuing a seesion, suggesting the client see a doctor, and refunding (all) his money in such situations.  I've been with providers who have their own procedure (such as showering together first) that is really a polite way of examining a client at the beginning of the session.  Hope this helps.

I think a provider should not feel uncomfortable refunding money if she was unsatisfied with the guy's body.  Although this is a business arrangement of sorts, we're dealing with something very personal and potentially hazardous to one's health.  So I would say that the provider has very free range in terms of what she can request or deny.

I can't speak to the medical condition but I think if you don't feel comfortable with the situation then you have every right to excuse yourself from the proceedings.  Obviously it would have to be done with great sensitivity ("I'm really sorry, you seem like a great guy, but I'm just not comfortable...")  Maybe you could find a less intimate way to satisfy him. (ie. lend him a hand?)

If it were me, and even though it's through no fault of your own, I would return all the money.  That way he'll leave feeling a little better about what will inevitably be a dissappointing experience.

I have been with a client who has calcium deposits in his scrotum.  They are marble sized and hard as rocks (the deposits not the sack lol) and harmless.

I actually had a few clients who had that issue on their scrotum. What I did was ask them what it was, and they told me (calcium deposits). In those cases, to protect myself, I would not let my tongue glide past their penises.

Happened to be watching Discovery Channel over the weekend, a show about mummies. They mentioned that the mummy had calcium deposits throughout the skin, looked like beads inbedded in the skin. The commentator mentioned that there are a number of diseases that could account for it but the most likely was kidney failure.

Yeah they were a little smaller than marble but they were larger than an ingrown hair bump or friction bumps, they appeared to be hard as a rock but to tell you the truth I didn't touch them to find out.

I ended up seeing him and protecting myself by not letting my tounge slide down there either and lending him a hand.  He was understanding to my concern and stayed the full hour of our time together.

I've never had them on the testes, thank goodness, but I have had one behind the right ear and one under the skin over the middle knuckle of my right finger. They can last for a long time then dissolve all of a sudden.

Small "lumps" in the scrotum or in the testicles (especially if more than one) are usually benign caclium deposits or cysts.  They are harmless and in no way affect sperm and are not contagious.  They are not dissimilar from benign calcium or cysts in the breasts.

I know that they are supposedly harmless, but my tongue is still not gliding down there LOL

The argument about a provider's time being wasted doesn't apply to this situation since his time was also wasted as a result of you being uncomfortable.  

If both parties acted in good faith, but you just don't feel comfortable proceeding, give him his money back, a hug at the door, and send him on his way.  No sense making him or you feel worse than necessary, or having him talk you down later- especially if it's just the result of incomplete informatioin and not really knowing if you're in a harmless or risky situation.  

As an aside, some of you may remember a thread of a couple years ago by a guy who thought a provider was trying to drug him when she offered him one of those new Listerine breath mints that is a flat sheet that dissolves on the toongue.  Since neither he, nor the rest of us, had yet heard of them, the responses were split between it was probably harmless, to the provider was trying to drug him for unspecified reasons.  Now a couple years later, we've all seen that product and it's laughable.  But I always wonder if the lady's business suffered any ill-effects from the discussion.  It's always good to be cautious, but it's always good to know what you're dealing with too- which is exactly what you're doing by asking the question.

NIH is, after all, a medical site, so they concentrate on where such deposits are dangerous, but I get the idea that they could form anywhere.

So he was probably telling the truth.

Genital warts do not necessarily look like regular warts. They can be grayish  or reddish bumps. There are a number of good sites for info e.g. www.plannedparenthood - or just enter genital warts on Google. They are highly contagious, so be alert.

If anyone has this condition, this should be stated at the beginning, BEFORE we agree to meet. This will give me a chance to back out, accordingly, and make other arrangements. That way, he won't be wasting money on someone who is not comfortable. Why wait UNTIL the last moment he drops he pants??????????????? If he knows hehas this condition (regardless if its harmful or not), this should be stated, and we providers, should be GIVEN the choice to choose. Depending upon the provider, maybe she won't be comfortable, and would like to make other arrangements with someone else. Yes, if he is there and decides Not to disclose his information, until the last moment, that makes him also a guilty party and he should part with half his money, since the provider met him half way on the appt. I just feel that the provider should not take 100% of the blame for the failure of the session ending..

I couldn't agree with you more.  Why can't a hobbyist that has a condition tell us before he schedules so as not to go out of his way to get let down, and let us down also?  I eman it might be embarrassing to say but whats more embarrassing to say it before you meet or when youa re naked and the girl has to ask what is this?

I think that if a hobbyist can ask us ladies all kinds of questions and read all kinds of information on our appearances and our services we are entitled to know of any defects, disorders, of such.

One time I had a hobbyist book a session with me and he was handicapped, I would have loved to see him but my apartment is up stairs with no elevator and he couldnt make it up, so he drove all that way 90 min for nothing, when he should have asked before hand if my incall was accessible for wheelchairs.

So now I find myself telling people before hand, and I also find myself asking questions to guys about things I should expect.  One guy asked me if I liked DFK one time and I told him I loved it over the phone, well when he arrived he had half his teeth, and the other half that was elft was rotting, his breath stank to the heavens, and he had the nerve to ask me why I wouldnt kiss him.  Now when people ask if I like DFK I answer, "yes, provided that you have fresh clean breath, no sores, and no rotting teeth.  It sounds ridiculous, but I am trying to prepare those ahead of time that have bad hygiene to not see me or to brush up before.  I even provide toothpaste, mouthwash and toothbrushes, but only 5 percent ever use them without me asking them to and they are right by the sink available for all.

Okay I got off on another subject but sometimes it is harder than most think for us providers and it is hard for me when I have to hurt guys feelings and turn them away but hey....my health means more than any $$$.

He should be stating up front that he has some kind of issue with his penis, before seeing a provider. SORRY- but, what makes you think that I OR any other provider out there would want to suck on a penis that has something wrong with it. HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO....... If a provider showed up at your door, and you were to go down on her, I am pretty sure you would be pissed that she didn't tell about a condition, before hand. It's only fair for him to be up front about his condition so I can decide if I would want to see him OR not. NOT just when he drops his pants. NOT just when I spent money either on a hotel room or on a cab. Remember, I went to him in good faith.
