Natural or enhanced???

O.K. guys, lets hear it, what do you prefer, natural breasts, or enhanced, and why..

I find enhanced to be a complete turn-off on several levels. Aesthetically, they are almost universally grotesque and artificial-looking; never mind the attendant scars, the shape is simply unnatural... further, they usually throw a woman out of proportion visually. The feel is so awful, too: to me part of the tactile appeal of a woman is her softness... an implanted breast is hard and unyielding, and in a sense deeply unfeminine. Perhaps that is the most repellent aspect to me: an implant transforms the iconic feminine (breast) into the iconic masculine (dominance over nature through technology). In any case I find implants decidely unsexy, and would never employ a provider who has them.

I've employed both and personally I prefer natural.  I've seen some damn fine enhanced ones that were enjoyable.  Smaller, perky ones do it for me.  I can understand why some women want them but I don't know if it really is that big a thing with most guys.  You might get more looks in a restaurant but someone attractive and in shape is just fine the way nature made her.  ;)

These answers contradict what I have seen in this industry. If the majority of men feel the same as you, why do so many women get breast implants? Non-industry women don't get them nearly as much, and on the most part implants are very visible ( some are more well done than others, but still visible).You have to ask yourself why would anyone go through the pain of healing from that type of surgery. Sometimes more than once if they need to have them redone. There has to be some advantages of having bigger breast sizes. And you know, it's funny, as many times as I have read this type of question, I have never heard a man say " There is nothing better than a woman with 38 DD fake boobs. Hell, bigger the better!" But there are plenty of providers doing that to themselves. Kinda makes you wonder...

The most wonderful women I know (in EVERY way) have enhanced boobs. They are perfect to look at and heaven to touch... Too bad they have to cost so much... LOL "from Money Money -- a Weir/Barlow song off Ugly Rumors from the Mars Hotel album).

A tie for first with WowNikki and Felicia Foxx. A very close second is a woman who lets me in once in a while who don't work this gig.

You pose very interesting questions.....I think you might would have to ask why a woman (in the industry or not) would get implants in any event, and then discern if perhaps those elements / traits exist in escorts as a rule more frequently or more strongly than in the female population as a whole.

Outside of for cosmetic surgery for a "normal" appearance (say, after having a breast partially or wholely removed or for a woman who has NO breast...a tiny "A" cup...on a "normal" frame) I have never understood why woman got implants, other than to garner attention from men. So...when men stare...or comment...do they say "Gee thanks for gawking at my fake tits" ? I think not. So what is the point?

So many breast jobs look fake...there was a Playboy Breast test going around the internet some time ago...I guessed correctly on 19 out of 20 pictures (fake or real) and most of my friends did nearly as well (17 or 18 out of 20). I know I "HATE" fake breast on strippers...just looking at them, they look stupid. I have had GFs with relatively small breast (small ones do look SO perfect...especially when they include nice nipples)and I have dated 3 different women who casually considered breast REDUCTION surgury. I MUCH prefer natural. I have never seen implants on a provider I have seen, and will say when I am doing my research, if a providers profile / review mentions she has implants, I rule her out right then.

BUT...men are for the most part pretty much mindless Pavolian dogs, and we do like breast. So...I am sure what works for strippers works for escorts as well. Just not with me....

There are few things more disappointing than reaching out to gently massage a provider's sumptuous soft but firm breast, only to feel a solid lump of flesh with a crinkly texture underneath the skin. How a woman can feel comfortable with plastic baggies sloshing around inside her breasts is beyond my comprehension. Maybe there are nice, natural-feeling implant jobs out there, but I have yet to encounter any.

This reminds me of my all-time pet peeve stupid question- "Does she give good head?"  It's stupid because ALL head is good, it's just some is better than others.  Ditto with breasts.

Enhanced breasts can look and feel wonderful IF the woman doesn't go bigger than she should AND the surgeon is skilled.  Where I live in So. Cal. we have many highly skilled plastic surgeons, but we also have a lot of women who feel they want to go bigger than their frame and figure can carry.  The only time I've seen the sort of problems you stated are when there isn't enough breast tissue needed to surround the implant to provide a natural contour and feel.

The "state of the art" has really progressed, but you'll still find examples of poor procedures, especially in smaller towns with less experienced surgeons- or, with women who just think more is better, and take things to extremes.

My last three relationships were with women who had implants and all of them had beautiful results.  No visible scars, good feel, and perfect shape.  But all three of them were full C's and that complemented their figures perfectly.  I have another petite friend, however, that made hers too big becuase she had suffered for 20 years with NO breasts (and I mean none).  She just didn't have enough breast tissue or a wide enough rib cage to make hers look natural and it made the implant visible on the side.    

I continue to believe that nothing is more beautiful than a proportional female figure.  I think the women who have the best results are the ones that strive for that as their goal, and don't exaggerate their breasts just for the added impact. That said, I'm very aware that there are guys who respond to that, so I guess it's a matter of picking your target market.

G2 I agree with you 100%. I asked this question so providers can see what men thought of the implants..

Also I wanted to send a message to providers who were considering enhansing their breasts to make sure they do it right and don't go over board..Most importantly have the procedure done by experienced surgeons. Remember, this is your body and your life, take your time and do it right, do your home work, and check with providers who have gone through this..

I've seen implants that look fantastic, and I've implants that look real bad, like grape fruits, and water melons..What do these girls do when they get older??

Long time lurker joining the fray...All things being equal, I'd choose firm natural breasts, but only because of the risk of encountering a woman with rock hard tits. I have to agree with G2 and Thick...it all depends on the quality of the work. I've felt "fake" breasts that I could hardly tell were fake (in some cases, I wasn't sure at all). I've felt others that felt rock hard and truly feel "fake". I assume it's a function of the doctor's skill and how much larger they are than the woman's natural breasts.

In short, ladies, if you just want to firm them up or take them up a cup-size or so, go for it. If, on the other hand, God gave you A's (which are sexy in their own right), but you want DD's, I suggest not doing it. You might get away with bringing them up to Bs...maybe even C's, but don't go any larger.

BESIDES, ALL BREASTS ARE BEAUTIFUL!!!
