Someone is selling my videos and pictures on Craig's List!!!!!

Unless you have them copyrighted, you are not protected by Anti-Piracy laws.  
Even then, (there is little you can do with bootlegging & piracy through the internet), except take them to court.  Prime examples Pam Anderson and Paris Hilton.

contact them and tell them to stop, perhaps threatening legal action if they don't.

Maybe there's nothing you can actually do, but it may work.

Eh?  The pictures seem to be of good quality.  Were the pictures and recordings agreed upon?  It looks too good to be hidden camera....

Betty, it is generous of you to put a lot of material on your web site, but then to be taken advantage of like this, is simply rediculous.  I gotta say, the advice given here is pretty good.  Copyright is the only way to go.  Cheap and fairly good, but to be honest difficult to enforce - Witness the whole DeVinci code dabacle...   what a mess.  I knew another provider who had total control of every photo and word she said while in this industry.... and when it was time for her to go, EVERYTHING disappeared...  gone - without a trace...   I was very impressed by this lady... if only she left instructions of how she accomplished this, I would tell you - but she didn't.  All I can tell you is that she was one of the smartest and most well tacked together individuals that I have ever met in my life....  Seems to me that the high quality ladies in this industry - are - like that...  That is VERY intelligent and VERY cool.

Hope this works out for you... as I hate to see providers disrespected.

Contact "[email protected]" and let them know that you are the person in the vids and that you have not given permission for your images and videos to be distributed.

whoever is in this CD probably doesn't have a clue about it, like me.

the last time I paid for 3 months advertising.  Immediately after I saw the ad, I sent CL an email and gave them hell and worse!  They got right back to me, apologized and removed my ad right away.  That might work in your situation also, at least it's worth a try!

Not true.  If I take a photograph it is copyrighted immediately.  If I register the photograph with the right govt. agency (forgot which one) then I will get more $s if it ever goes to court.

I Seen the pictures and really, they are unbelievable hot! Greed took the place of a compliment, I know its a violation but at least he had really good taste in his selection.
