Not only give him a sex change, capture all his sons and do the same to them.  

would make him suffer the most!  I'd love to be there when he gets fitted for his new "tent" so that he could walk around in it for the rest of his life staring out through the little mesh opening.  And of course, if he laughs in public he can be beaten by any man, because he's "just a woman."

I've come up with an alternate idea.

Why don't we capture him and pull some 1984 action in his brain so that he will come out and pronounce,"I love the USA.  I was wrong to ever denounce them."  And we really make him believe it. Then we shoot him in the back of the head.  That way he isn't a martyr, and he becomes a non-entity....

or

We capture him. Then we start him on some nice interveinous pork and let him know that is what it is.  Then he knows that he is "unclean" and not fit to enter heaven.  Then we televise  him blubbering, because he knows that he is going to hell.  Add bullet and put in the oven to bake for an hour at 350 degrees.  Serves 4-6 eternities.

I can assure you that sending him to prison for the rest of his life will achieve the same result:

he'll definitely be a woman in there!
